It really is soft. Not very dense and goes completely flat. If I had not opened the package, I would have returned it.

Very soft, very flat
This pillow was very soft and very flat, just what I was looking for for my son, who is 2 years old. The lowest part gives his just the right angle for his little head!

Should be for children
I have been looking for a soft, low profile pillow, so this sounded like exactly what I needed. But it is way too soft, so you don't get any support and your head tilts down. I am petite, but this would only work for a child or back sleeper maybe.

Do not like memory foam pillows!
My husband and I hate these pillows. It was our first attempt at memory foam and they are so low profile we feel like we aren't even laying on a pillow. We are both tall with broad shoulders, so maybe they would be more appropriate for a smaller person. We also have a king size bed and these pillows get lost on it. The quality of the material seems fine.

Not like the OTHERS
I have bought contour pillows in the past and this one takes the cake....This one is soft yet still supportive and the cover is comfy enough to sleep on without a pillow case. If you like contour pillows you should try this one out. Its not bulky or heavy. I have used it for the past few nights and have never slept better :)
