This is not 4 inches nor does it resemble memory foam. It is 2" foam with 2" worthless spikes of foam. Returning it is next to impossible as it comes compressed and shrink wrapped and in a very small box. I'm struggling to find a way to return it. I have always trusted Overstock and have been a very happy customer up to now. I am questioning ever ordering from them again.

I love the foam mattress topper that I purchased from you. It turns your bed into heavenly bliss. My only problem is, the covering of the mattress will not stay around the foam, and mattress together. Would you know how to keep the mattress and foam, so the covering doesn't keep coming off?

The memory foam mattress provides very little back support. I folded the mattress in two and it provided a minimal amount of extra support. This mattress is very soft and I dont recomend it if you you need any amount of back support. I got what I paid for, nothing more. Very disappointed with the product.

you will sink when you sleep on it and it makes tossing and turning a lot of work. I'm only 110 pounds and already sink in the middle. My back hurts every morning and now I have tossed it out after 2 weeks. It was a waste of my money.

I have in the past ordered memory foam from O .com and it was awesome. So I place another order a few years later and get a worthless piece of egg crate foam, that is only 4" because of the egg crate style. Extremely disappointed in this purchase. Total loss of my money as none of the 4 purchased are even uses.. they are extremely uncomfortable,

4 inches sounds comfy, but it's not. It's too soft, you sink deep into it and have difficulty turning over. The eggshells up is uncomfortable, flipped over is slightly better. It's also very warm, retaining much body heat. You can compress it between thumb and forefinger to almost 1/8", meaning it's not firm at all. I'm returning it.

I don't know that this product is truly 4". There are other 4" mattress toppers that are much denser and offer a lot more support. This is a good topper for a child's bed but I would not recommend it for adults or frequently used beds. We have used it for two nights now and my husband and I both woke up with back aches the last two mornings. I will be re-ordering the Comfort Dreams Hiloft 4" topper offered by Overstock. It is a much denser and better quality mattress topper, in my opinion.

The information in the package stated that it would change color and smell. The ad did not. I was sent a free return label which I appreciate.

The only thing nice about this item is that is came within days. Once taken out of the box the foam mattress smelled of mold and mildew. The only reason we kept it was that it would cost to much to ship it back. It is now my dogs bed.
