I ordered a serta memory foam mattress from overstock last year. It was good quality but way too firm for my taste. For the last year or so I got a 2 inch softer memory foam topper from a regular store along with a regular piece of foam. This worked for a while but the mattress soon became too firm again. This topper is so nice. I sleep very well on it. It's spongy soft and the quilted top mattress cover that comes with it is so nice. product is well made and is two pieces. You get a full 4 inches of memory foam that is nice and thick and sturdy stuff and then a really nice mattress cover with the quited top as a separate piece. Anyway, good quality and someone here mentioned it's like sleeping on a cloud. I second that. Plus, I found the price really nice for what you get.

I bought a new bed that was beyond horrible to sleep on, but slumber solutions changed that. Now, it's like sleeping on a cloud. I've never been more cozy and comfortable in my own bed. I highly reccomend this product to everyone and I think everybody should be made aware of such a great alternative to sleeplessness. A huge improvement and definitely, a much needed change for me.

This is a very soft and thick foam mattress topper that you can really sink into. People who like firm support would probably not like this. I haven't decided yet if it is too soft - I do sleep well on it and it has alleviated the lower back pain I used to get when sleeping on a harder surface. However, I sometimes wish it were a little more firm. I weigh about 160, but if I were any heavier, I think I would hit bottom when lying on this topper. If you roll over a lot while sleeping, you shoudl know that it is not easy to do so on this topper because it is so soft and fluffy. Sinking into it when first going to be does given an ahhhh feeling, however. All in all, I'm glad I got it, but still think I would prefer a bit more firmness in any future purchase.

i recently recieved this memory foam topper as a birthday gift and it's wounderful feels like laying on a cloud. I get a restful sleep everynight and wake up refreshed, i would recommend this product to anybody also don't wake up with back pain.

This product was very nice quality and very comfortable when laying in it awake. However, I am mostly a stomach sleeper and found myself getting suffocated by it because of how thick the pad is. Also, when sleeping on my back, I found that my butt sank much farther down than my back, so it was as if I was sleeping on an incline and it didn't feel great on my back. I'm considering trying out a less thick memory foam pad to see if that feels better. Also, I tend to move around in my sleep a lot and this pad was so thick that it wouldn't allow you to move. This ended up waking me up several times a night. The fiber mattress is a separate pad that goes on top of the memory foam and is very nice quality and very comfortable. This was my first experience with a memory foam mattress pad and it confirmed the things i had heard about heat issues. I tend to get hot during the night already and found the memory foam made made me even hotter because of how far down you sink while on it. If you have are someone that sleeps well on thick memory foam, I would recommend this product.

I purchased this for my son who has been sleeping on a futon and he has done nothing but rave about it. I would definitely recommend it for anyone sleeping on an older or inadequate mattress.

I am still getting used to the memory foam topper, I think the fiber mattress topper is more for preference because it doesn't make any difference that I can tell. It fits the topper loosely. But I am using this as a topper to my futon bed, and have all of it inside a Duvet cover. Overall it helps sleeping on a futon.

Turned a hard bed into a soft cloud that envelops me every night. I wake up with no pain feeling refreshed! This is the one I chose after alot of research and it is perfect!

The memory foam is more like cheap hobby shop foam and the fiber topper is at best 1/2 inch, in my opinion your better off going to a retailer where you can see what your getting.

When I first bought this mattress topper, I thought it was going to be too soft to give me good support. I was so wrong. It feels like your sleeping in the clouds. I have two slipped discs in my lower back, so my back pain in the morning is quite unbearable. I dont have the money to buy a new mattress and i told myself i needed something to help me sleep better. I started my looking for just a mattress pad, i didnt even know there was such a thing as a mattress topper, until i started looking on here and amazon.com (sorry for the amazon reference btw ;) ) . I have got to say i have never had a better nights sleep. My aunt just bought a brand new sealy mattress a few months ago and i thought her bed was comfortable, but mine blows hers out of the watter. Im surprised more people dont just save their money and buy a topper instead of a mattress, this furthers the life of your mattress and YOURSELF!

I had been in the habit of buying cheap thin foam for my 10 year old hand-me-down mattress. I was skeptical about this one and figured it would flatten out after a few weeks, just like the others I've used. My boyfriend and I could not be happier with this investment. We've been sleeping on it for almost a month now and it feels like we just unrolled it every time we lay down. It's extremely cushiony and our aches and pains are all gone. If you're looking for something firm, this is not it. You'll sink right into it.

The thickness and quality are awesome. Definetely recommend.

I purchased Slumber Solutions 5.5 inch memory foam and fiber mattress topper for my 3 year old granddaughter's very firm, uncomfortable mattress. It was a good price for such a thick topper. (I had purchased a 2.5" topper for about the same price.) Her mother said it made the firm mattress much more comfortable, and her daughter gets an excellent night's sleep now. I think it was a wonderful bargain and solution to the extra firm mattress problem.

I like the quality of this matress pad, and the price was great. I went from sleeping on something too firm to sleeping on something too soft. I think that if I would have gotten a 2.5 inch memory foam matress topper it would have been better. The first night was terrible. I woke up with a stiff back and sore muscles. It did get better over time and I can sleep through the night no problem. I am a side sleep and I feel like my butt sinks down more then my shoulders and upper body. Like I said great quality and great price just very soft and it doesn't even out your body weight like I thought it would. If you've never had a memory foam matress pad I would recommend you start with something thinner like 2.5inch. Its still on my bed and I'm going to continue to use it but I'm not as happy as I thought I would be with it.

Because mine was so comfortable, my parents got one too! I have nerve damage and have not been able to sleep on my left side or my back for about three years. I can now! Comfortably!! Thank you!

As usual it arrived within 3 days. Bought it for my daughter's bed to extend the life of her so-so mattress and she loves it! Actually slept in it myself one night and it was the best night's sleep I ever had. Don't think I moved all night. Would definitely recommend this!
