Down and feather-filled products are packed tightly during shipping. Upon receipt, remove them from their packaging, fluff gently, and allow several hours to recover their full loft. In addition, being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes causes the scent of these natural products to concentrate to a disagreeable level. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor.
We recommend that this pillow is fluffed at least once a week to maintain down distribution.

Heavenly smell!
First, if you're looking for a firm supportive pillow..this isn't it. But for the incredible scent these pillows are worth the price alone. I have the rosemary ones-and they are very, very soothing. The scent after about a month is fading, but still there. I'm going to try and find a way to "boost" the scent. Great for sleeplessness and headaches!
