You'll be a convert to silk!
This is my second set of this exact sheet set... So here is the good, bad and the ugly. The Good: Once you sleep on silk you will never sleep willingly on cotton again. These are divine... and for those coping with nightsweats, they help a lot. They wash well, I have always dried mine in the dryer. Having had multiple sets of silk sheets - we approach the Bad. Whether 10mon or 19 mon, they do wear and eventually tear. The 10 mon actually survived longer than these! Plan on 18-24 months. The UGLY - yes, they have to be replaced ($$$), usually the bottom sheet goes. Keep you feet soft as dry skin wears them, BUT, given how much of our lives we spend in bed, it is worth every penny. My husband converted, and now we have silk blankets, comfortors - he loved the light weight and perfect tempuature silk offers.

Feels nice to the skin
These are as expected, soft and luxurious to the touch. However, that being said...... They do nothing for my body temperature as suggested that true silk sheets should do. That is the reason that I ordered them. A high ticket price for no difference. I had to use straps under the mattress to tighten them up. They are very deep.
