Silk Baffle Box 500 Thread Count Queen/ King-sized Down Comforter

I searched all over for a silk covered down comforter to replace a long-time favorite one that was coming apart. The silk and down comforters I would find were between $1200-$1500! When I saw this one I was thrilled. Well, I was even more thrilled when it arrived. It was absolutey beautiful and luxurious to look at and even more wonderful when I got it on the bed. Could not believe the size of it! Extremely generous size- it hangs down to the bedskirt on both sides of the bed. No more fighting for more of the blanket at night! My husband and I have found the weight to be very comfortable even though we live in a warm climate. The down fill is puffy and full, yet light weight. We love our new silk covered down comforter and would receommend it to anyone! A great buy!

This comforter is amazing! Better than my previous designer down comforter that was thtee times the price. The silk is high quality, thick and much more durable than I expected. My toddler has gotten everything from chocolate to makeup on it and I've been able to clean it easily with just a wet wipe. I would highly recommend it and plan to buy another for my daughter.

Heavy silk cover, beautifully sewn, pretty enough to be used without a cover (though it is inside a cover as planned). Lots of feathers, fluffy, warm and nice. We are very happy with this duvet. I worried about buying this type of product without seeing it, but knowing I could return it, I did. It's very very nice and a good value.

We couldn't be happier with this Duvet (comfortor)! It took a long time, and a few snafus before we got the right item, in the right size, but it was totally worth all the headache and extra work!! The silk ticking is ecsquisite, and the down is nicely distributed in each TRUE, closed, baffled box. A little bit of down came out of the packaging when we unfurled the sensual waterfall of fluffily filled silk; but for me this just demonstrated that the clusters inside are of the highest quality I've ever encountered - pristine white, large, fluffy, puffs, without a even hint of feather or quill. It IS warm: Late Fall and Winter. Spring and Summer, probably use ONLY if you keep the AC running (which we ALL should be trying not to do!) if you live up north, you might consider purchasing 2 of these beauties, for the REALLY COLD Winter nights. BTW, FYI - these DO have a couple of seams, that are visible when the duvet is laid out without a cover! If you have OCD, this'll probably drive you bonkers, so make sure you've got a nice, seamless cover, to put over it!!
