Finding just the right level of support in any pillow is a huge challenge due to my whiplash-injured, small neck and petite frame, so I approached this purchase cautiously. Fortunately, this Hungarian down pillow is exactly as described by the manufacturer and worthy of a luxury hotel. Its 700 fill power means it is lofty enough to cradle your head and conform to your neck's dimensions for hours of support. In my situatiuon, with a Tempurpedic mattress, its 22 ounces make it almost too firm. ( I'll be happier when the down loses some of its fullness with use, as my previous experiences with down would suggest.) The sateen cotton casing is zippered for easy removal and cleaning--a nice bonus. If you are looking for a comfortable, medium-firm pillow, this one should be perfect! Thanks again, Overstock.

As mentioned by one of the other reviewers, do NOT buy this pillow if you expect it to be 100% down. The label states a minimum of 75% down. How do they measure that, I wonder? Anyway, I still like the pillow because (as also mentioned in a prior review) this pillow is soft and fluffs nicely without"bottoming out" when your head hits it. As a result, you do get excellent neck support. I sleep more soundly now than I did with my former 100% down pillow which was like sleeping on a cloud but without any neck support, something that left me with stiffness and aches in the morning. I sleep front, side, and back so this works for me in any position...even stomach. (I prop it more under my chest and stomach and have my head hang over the edge.) Anyway, as long as you know what to expect, you can make a decision that meets your needs.

OH MY GOSH! I LOVE this pillow! I decided to get the king size, as long as they were all the same price, and, oh my, its like sinking into a solidified cloud :-).... Would definately recommend this pillow. There's absolutely no way I sleep on it that produces the numb hand I used to get with cheap pillows. Love, Love, Love!

I read the specs and reviews for this pillow and expected a much firmer pillow. This is definitely not a side sleeper pillow compared to others that I've had. It is very soft and after contacting customer service and having them do some research, I found out that this is only a 550 fill power.It certainly isn't worth the extra money considering you can order from Overstock the Overfilled 450 Thread Count Pillow with 600 fill power down pillow for $39.99 or the Siberian 500 Thread Count Down Pillow with 650 fill power for 39.99. If you are looking for a firmer pillow , keep looking ! If you don't mind fluffing or folding it in the middle of the night, you might make this work; however for me, this pillow is a big disappointment.

we ordered the queen size. Your head will not sink into this pillow. It is packed with down. I like it but it is too firm for my wife.

I love this pillow but it is thicker than I wanted, so will just take some of the down out.

Initially I was very pleased with this pillow--overstuffed, soft and comfortable. It's now the 3rd or 4th week, and my current impression is that it's got the loft of a well-used brillo pad. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed. The pillowcase fabric is lovely; sleeping on the pillow is distressing and I fluff it repeatedly throughout the night. I keep hoping that it will magically regain its fluff, because I'm usually thrilled with every Overstock purchase, and I'm not happy about this one!

The first time I tried this pillow, was the first night in many years that I completely slept through the night without tossing and turning. No more head or neck aches and I finally received a complete night's rest. I like it sooo much that I'm going to order another one for my husband. LOVE, love,love it!

Cool and comfy on hot nights. Not too soft, flat, or hard to sleep on. Fluffs right back up when I make the bed in the morning. I didn't have to buy a pillow cover because it came with one. Love that the outer cover can be unzipped and washed! Have had the pillow for over 9 months now and it's still like new. Unlike my other down pillows, when I removed the cover to wash it, there were not very many feathers flying about. Very well made! Will buy another one when back in stock.

Great value for a down pillow. Very comfortable with medium firmness. I sleep every which way and it is comfotable for back, side or tummy sleeping.

I am afraid that this pillow was a disappointment. It gets very flat and does not reflect its cost. I bought another higher grade down pillow from Overstock and it was much better.

These pillows were thin and not soft. I have been sleeping on down pillows for years and this was not the quality I expected for the price. I returned this item.

I would recommend only with these notes, for the price I was expecting more, as they don't seem to be 600 fill, otherwise, the craftsmanship is excellent, includes cover, and the pillow doesn't shed or anything, and it is super soft, feathers are goose down, so there are no prickly duck/fowl down to worry about. The pillow does compress quite thinly, however, it still provides lots of support which is deceptive, and certainly odd, so I have mixed feelings about the fill power, otherwise very good product.

I love this pillow. It is fluffy and soft. It can be bunched up to make it as firm as you want and as high as you want, to fit you perfectly. The quailty is excellent. There can be a very slight smell to begin with or when it is very humid. Other than that it is perfect. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

I Love, LOve, LOVE these pillows. I read some of the reviews that said the purchasers had never slept better with these pillows. I thought that was pretty ridiculous, but I'm here to tell you, THEY WERE RIGHT! I never thought a pillow had an impact on my sleep, but apparently it does! These are the most fabulous pillows I have ever owned, and plan on purchasing more.

I can not believe that I received the same kind of pillow about which other reviewers have raved. My pillow was not plush at all right out of the box but I figured I could live with it if it were comfortable. As soon as I lay my head on it that night, it went flat. The quality is what I'd expect from a $15-20 pillow, not one as expensive as this. I'll keep it to use underneath the pillow I already had -- I was going to throw that pillow away because I've had it for so long but it's much plusher (and cost much less) than the one I just got from Overstock.

Item was just as described and loved sleeping on it from the very first night. I had been waiting to replace the feather pillows we owned for some time so I was pleased that I chose the right ones on the first try. Delivery was exceptional...as usual!
