This comforter is soft and just the right weight for southern weather. We have a little dog, and her toenails snag our comforters, but snags easily smooth out with this comforter which is a huge plus for me. The item arrived quickly, and was packaged well. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the comforter colors are NOT as pictured. The skirt is green, not terracotta. There's actually not any of what I would call terracotta in the whole comforter. Fortunately it is beautiful, and gives my bedroom a nice modern feel. Even though the colors are not what I expected, I'm still happy with them. I was repainting, and re-carpeting my bedroom anyway, so I just matched the colors to the comforter. Overall, I say this is a good buy, but Overstock needs a more accurate picture.

Colors are burgundy/rust and teal, not terracotta and blue. The comforter is more beautiful than pictured if you are ok with the color differences. My husband liked it as pictured on the site but LOVES it in our traditional/contemporary bedroom setting. it makes he Chicago Bears collector's pictures stand out. Filling of comforter a little out of wack, but was able to maneuver it to my satisfaction (this is the only thing keeping it from the 5th star). I agree that the design stitching could snack easily, but it's a risk I'll take with how magnificant the colors look with our medium oak furniture. Comforter weight it not too heavy and not too light. Stays in place while sleeping for the most part, and we tend to move a lot in our sleep. Considering the filling issue, if the colors weren't so beautiful, I would have sent it back.

I love this comforter, but the only complaint I have about this comforter is the picture Overstock has of it. The picture shows brighter colors on the comforter and the terracotta bed skirt is much darker than shown. It looks more of a reddish brown than and orange. The hues of blue are not as vibrant and look more of bluish green. The background on the comforter is dark brown. Otherwise I love the contemporary design! I also notice that Overstock carries a matching shower curtain as well as additional throw pillows! The comforter is very warm and best of all looks great! Shipping was very fast and I received it in a week!

I purchased this comforter set for a guest room. I love the color and textures in the fabric. It was used for the first time this week and my guest loved it, also! I didn't use the bed skirt because I already had one on that matched and the bed is a four-poster bed with the sides framed (the skirt can barely be seen anyway.) Great product - especially for the price.

It looked better than I had anticipated. The colors were vibrant and rich. I really great value.

The comforter and pillow shams are nice, but the bed skirt is flimsy and short. I have 2 small dogs that spend time on the bed and within a couple of days had snagged the comforter in several areas. Only consolation is that it wasn't that expensive and I bought it because my original comforter was too nice to have dogs jump on it. Easy come, easy go.

My walls are an odd rust-like color and I have a very difficult time finding things to match. This worked perfect though! The fabric is very nice and the comforter is a nice weight...it will be very warm this winter. My only compliant is that one square had a few snags. They weren't serious and probably no one but me will ever notice it. I just put that on the side where nobody goes :)

The colors in this set are modern and classy, with warm rust, gold and chocolate accented by cool teal. It was true to the photo online, only more beautiful than I imagined. I got it for a corporate apartment and it really livens up the plain-vanilla room, and it coordinates perfectly with the light cherry furniture. However, I think it also would be pretty with a pale or yellow-toned wood, or with anything with a mocha finish.The fabric is soft and satiny, but not as plush and thick as the higher-end stuff. Since my apartment is rather stuffy, though, I am happy that it's not too heavy. For the price, it's an excellent value, especially when you consider you even get the cute accent pillows.

We ordered this to match our bedroom and really liked the cool blue/gray/green look. I just got it in the mail and they sent us a different set! It is the color of the SPICE bed, set not the Teracotta bed set. It's pretty nice but this is not what we ordered. I am really disappointed b/c I've heard such good things about overstock...
