  After reading many positive reviews for these sheets, I was excited to be getting what I thought would be a great set of soft, luxurious sheets at a reasonable price. We upgraded to a King sized bed and were excited to sleep softly in our new bed and sheets. The sheets seem to be of perfectly fine quality (although we have only slept on them 3 nights - so I cannot comment on the longevity) but they are not nearly as soft as we were expecting. After doing some googling, I tried soaking them in a salt / baking soda bath in the washing machine for about 4 hours to soften them up. They seemed to get slightly better, but are certainly not the softness that we were expecting. Unfortunately I don't believe that we can return this product, so we will likely be buying a different set of sheets. So much for these being reasonably priced! I guess we learned our lesson not to buy sheets online before feeling them in person and I guess we got what we paid for...

  Very nice you get what you pay for u can tell tye thread count is high only thing is DON'T USE FABRIC SOFENER UNLESS ITS CLEAR U WILL STAIN IT HOPEFULLY ITCOMES OUT doing a second wash on it good thing its close to clear

  I have to rate these average because the quailty does not seem to be bad but I expected a softer nicer sheet for the money paid. I purchased these for the color but if I had it to do over I would not buy them again. These are the first set of luxury sheets I've bought from overstock that I do not feel hold up to the luxury standdards.

  Before purchasing these sheets, I had done my homework and read countless reviews about countless different sheet sets. I finally settled on this set and was very excited when I received them in the mail. I purchased the Gold color and it is just an absolutely BEAUTIFUL color, matched my new bed set just perfect. About a week or so into these sheets being on our bed, I noticed that they began to pill on the fitted sheet around where our feet lay. The pilling became so bad that I finally washed the sheets again, thinking this would help. I put the sheets back on our bed and to no avail, more pilling as we slept on them. The pilling is so uncomfortable and rubs my feet and makes me feel as if there is dirt in my bed when really it is just the sheets. I was so disappointed since these sheets are not exactly a bottom of the barrel thread count. The color was just beautiful but the quality is below average.
