Serta Egyptian Cotton 600 Thread Count Damask King Sheet Set with Bonus Pillowcases

I wrote a review for these sheets already, however it didn't show up. My review was negative - perhaps that had something to do with it. I recently upgraded to a King-size bed and needed sheets. I jumped at ordering these because is it very unusual to still find "sea foam" colored sheets. My color scheme is still chocolate brown and sea foam. So they arrive, I take them out of the outside shipping box, and I literally 'gasp' at the color. They are not sea foam (which to me, and anyone else, is usually a light greenish-bluish cool, not warm, color). These were a ghastly dark sage or olive color. If this is your color scheme, them great, but it was not for me! The sheets themselves were lovely - smooth and to the touch, a slight sheen to them, and substantial in weight and thickness. This is Sealy's fault in calling them "sea foam", and it is not Overstock's fault. I am writing this so you can know what to expect with this color. I was so very disappointed! I also ordered extra pillow cases (not the same or matching brand, but a different one) that were also called sea foam or sea glass, and the colors could not be more different. Customer Service asked me to take pictures so they could see the color problem (not just a difference in computer monitors) and help me with the return. Customer Service with O.com is great!! Hope this helps anyone trying to decide on this color. I would have given them 5 stars for the quality of the sheets, but the mess-up in naming the color wrongly is kind of unforgivable.
