I bought this bed wedge for acid reflex. I did not want to raise the top of the whole bed since my husband sleeps on his stomach a lot. The wedge was great, wide enough to be comfortable. I used it with a medium and silt feather pillow and was very comfortable. It was easy to remove when I did not need it.Read More
This wedge pillow slides all over the bed. Probably takes up 1/4 of the top space of a queen sized bed. It is rather difficult to stay on it through the night...keep slipping off.Read More
Was exactly what my mom wanted. Too many of them are much too high, this one is perfectRead More
This wedged sleep aid feels very nice to the touch. The quality is up there in materials, however, the "aid" is poor in that it is soft and does not really support/lift a person with ailments like reflux, or one that requires elevation of the upper torso. It is a plus that there is a cover. The problem here is I probably would need 3 to get the elevation/life needed. All in all I would not return it but still have to use other supports/pillows to get the lift needed.Read More
I was very disappointed in the wedge pillow. I would have returned it if I hadn't misplaced my paperwork. Both my husband and I tried the wedge. We both found that the wedge "slid down" the bed during the night. There was then a space between the headboard and the wedge and our pillow kept getting caught in that space. We tried to use it on top of the fitted sheet as well as under the fitted sheet and neither way worked very well. Even if the wedge had worked well, we both concluded that a 5" incline wasn't enough to really keep us from being stopped up or having acid reflux. The wedge needed some sort of pillow case with it. If we had continued to use the wedge, it would have become dirty over time.Read More
This wedge is great except it was too long for me. It hit me in the middle of my hip and my hip ached terribly in the morning. So I folded the thin edge up a few inches and voile it was perfect.Read More
I purchased this pillow to try and control my reflux while waiting to have surgery. I had developed severe asthma as a result of my reflux, and woke every morning in need of neb treatments and coughing. I had tried propping myself up with other pillows, and could never get comfortable. The first night I used this pillow was a God-send! I slept all night, no pain in my back when I woke, plus no coughing. I am now ordering a pillow for a family member with similar problems!Read More
My husband has been suffering from Acid Reflex for a long time. He takes medication, but sleeping has always been difficult for him. We tired stacking pillows, but we were looking for some kind of wedged pillow. I found the perfect one on Overstocked.com. It was very resonablied priced, and we received it in just a few days. He has been so happy with the product. It was the first time we used Overstocked.com, and it was a wonderful experience for us. He finds the pillow very comfortable and helpful. We are so happy to find it on line. I would not hesitate to use Overstocked.com in the future.Read More

Is this wedge 32 in long from head to toe or 26 in?
Hello goatie1, other customers have reviewed that this is 26 inches long not 32. I hope that helps. Thank you for shopping with us.
Mine is 32 inches and really helps me sleep better. After so many washings I wonder if we can get new covers for them, as I need one.
I have washed mine and it is 31" head to toe. It must of shrunk in the wash. It is a nice pillow. The 26" is across from RtoL.
Is the foam 100% latex. Is it the Dunlap process or Talalay?
To answer your question, this foam product does not contain latex in them. So the Dunlap or Talalay process is not applicable.

Best Pillow-top Mattresses for Back Pain
The key to a good night's sleep when you have chronic back pain is as simple as choosing a good pillow-top mattress. Choosing the best mattress involves knowledge of your personal needs and preferences. To get a comfortable night's sleep, start by choosing a pillow-top mattress made from the right materials for you. Next, choose your preferred thickness. Finally, have firm sleep support underneath the cushions of the pillow-top. Below, you'll learn the best pillow-top mattresses for back pain. Choose the materials: Pillow-top mattresses are made from a variety of materials, so choosing the one that is right for you can make all the difference in the world. People with muscle pain should consider down pillow-top mattresses, which provide a cocoon to sleep in. Those with back issues will generally prefer memory foam pillow-top mattresses, which conform to the body and offer consistent support to areas like the lower back. However, it is important to check the manufacturer's information regarding the recommended weight allowances for these types of pillow-tops. Consumers who are heavier than the recommendations may find that the pillow-top cushion compresses in uncomfortable ways, leaving the mattress lumpy. Determine the thickness: Pillow-top mattresses come in a variety of thicknesses, from just 2 inches to 8 or more inches deep. Like choosing the right materials for your pillow-top, choosing the right depth is vital to getting a good night's sleep. Thinner pillow-top mattresses will allow more of the support from the remainder of the mattress to come through and will not develop body indentations as pronounced as those in a deep pillow-top. Pillow-top mattresses that are too soft may fail to provide back support and cause an increase in back pain. However, deep pillow-top mattresses are excellent for customers who suffer from fibromyalgia or other chronic pain. Check the warranty: Just as you would with any other purchases of its size, check the warranty of your pillow-top mattress. Most manufacturers will provide limited, pro-rated replacement warranties for manufacturer's defects, and some will provide a "comfort guarantee." Others may have specific conditions that must be met in order to maintain the warranty, such as having a boxed spring by the same manufacturer. Take note of any special conditions for the warranty and keep the paperwork. View All Mattresses Back to Guides Directory View All Mattresses

Keep reading to find out the top five ways that you can get the most out of your air mattress.
Best Reasons for Choosing Memory Foam Mattress Toppers
While traditional spring mattresses are adequate for a lot of people, the unique properties of memory foam can make the difference between a good night's sleep and a great night's sleep. If you don't want to buy a whole new mattress, a memory foam mattress topper may be for you. Here are some of the best reasons buyers give for choosing them.
How to Keep Cool with a Memory Foam Topper
You can instantly upgrade your mattress when you add a memory foam mattress topper. Memory foam toppers are made from high-density foam that works with your body heat to mold to your shape. This is great for winter temperatures or people who get cold while they sleep, but when temperatures heat up, you may experience trouble sleeping. Make sure your mattress topper is not deterring you from getting the rest you need. Consider these ideas for keeping your memory foam cool at night.
How to Recycle a Memory Foam Mattress Pad
Once your memory foam mattress pad stops providing springy support for your mattress, it's time to let it go. In fact, switching out your memory foam mattress topper every 10 years is recommended to ensure that you're getting the support you want while you sleep. Rather than throwing your old memory foam bedding away, try repurposing it with a few helpful tips. Keep reading to learn how to recycle a memory foam mattress pad in an eco-friendly way.
Best Mattresses for Every Sleeping Position
A mattress is one of the most important purchases you can make because you spend hours each day sleeping and rejuvenating for the next day. While shopping for a new mattress, keep in mind the typical sleeping positions you have to ensure you will find the right mattress to help with bone or joint alignment. Below, you'll learn the best mattresses for every sleeping position. Sleeping on your back: If you primarily sleep on your back, you need to find a mattress with support to prevent pain in the lower back. Sleeping on a mattress that does not have enough support causes muscle strain in the back and increases the chance you will assume a poor posture during sleep, leaving you achy in the morning. The best mattresses for this sleeping position have at least 400 to 800 14-gauge coils. Innerspring mattresses feature firm coils to support the back yet still mold to the curvature of the spine. Mattresses with box springs are ideal for those who sleep on their backs because they stabilize weight, offering back support and increasing the life of the bedding. Sleeping on your stomach: While sleeping on your stomach is comfortable, it also increases pressure and strain on parts of the body like the neck or back. Soft mattresses are the best for those who sleep on their stomachs. Look for mattresses that have 300 to 400 14-gauge coils, which will ensure the mattress is soft and comfortable. If you must use a pillow, look into buying a memory foam style, which molds to the head and neck to stabilize them during sleep. Sleeping on your side: Side sleeping is one of the most common positions on a mattress, and it may also be one of the hardest positions to shop for. Since you lay on your side, there is pressure on the shoulders and hips, which could make a firm mattress uncomfortable for sleeping. A mattress that is too soft is often not supportive enough to keep the spine in proper alignment. The ideal mattress for this position is one that has supportive coils, with a memory foam topper to provide comfort to the joints of the body.
