The underside is so soft and warms up quickly without a smothering heaviness. It looks beautiful on the bed and really brightens the room. Just be careful about allowing pets or small children on top as the pleats can tear somewhat easily.

After reading some of the reviews and finding out the sage green was more an apple green, I decided to buy the taupe set. I really liked and wanted a sage green but definitely did not want an apple green color. I'll never know if I would have liked the sage green, but I know I love the taupe. It's just beautiful. It's actually pleated - that stripy look in the picture I thought was just a pattern on the fabric. But no, it's actually pleats. The effect is very classy. And underneath, the microsuede is extremely soft. We bought a king size, and the only drawback is that it doesn't come very far down on the sides. You can actually see a little bit of the top mattress. I would have expected a duvet to at least cover the top mattress. But it's not worth returning. I don't think I could find something as beautiful for such a great value, esp in king size.

Light, comfortable, a little bit of "crinkly " noise when you move it, but not enough to disturb any but the lightest sleepers. Light but warm, should be good for any season. Blue color is a little lighter than it looks in the photo, a rich but light periwinkle blue. One big problem that makes it less of a value despite low, low price....DRY CLEAN ONLY. I now face the decision of paying as much for cleaning a few times than I paid for the thing in the first place---or risking ruining it in the washer. I'm HOPING the drycleaning requirement is just because of the pleats, and am willing to risk losing them, but hope the fabric and filling are able to survive the washer--can't afford to go to drycleaner every time with this comforter.

This comforter has an expensive appearance, most of all it is very comfortable. I t does not slide off the bed while in use and the pleats are perfectly pleated. The stitching is solid. This comforter is beautiful, comfortable and very pleasing to look at.

I would absolutely recommend this product. It is gorgeous on my bed and the comfort level is awesome. I plan on purchasing 2 more for family members who were drooling over it on the first day I laid it out on my bed. The microfiber side is divine and my little ones love to curl up in it. Even my toddler who is extremely devoted to her blanky will sleep with this one. The funniest fan of my new set is my Yorkshire Terrier Abby! She drives me nuts burroughing in it all night long.

For this to be a satin comforter, it is not very silky. The backing on the comforter is softer than the satin. Nice comforter, but had I known it would feel this rough, I would not have bought it.

I ordered the king size toupe for my queen size bed. I usually order king since I like comforters to be over sized. If I had to do it over I would have ordered a queen because it is so larger and fluffly that it sollows my bed. I love it anyways and I have had it over a year now. I also thought the toupe was going to be a red brown, but my Mom told me that I just thought wrong because toupe is brown. The color is beautfiul and rich. I am very happy with the color and it gave me a good reason to order new sheets! I have it paired with Ivory sheets and Gold bed skirt and window sheers. It all looks very expensive for very cheap. As always it was delivered within a few days and I would recommed this product.

Was a gift for my Mother for Christmas - the quote above is from her, so I guess she liked it! Quilt has a moleskin back, it's faux-tintucked and apparently the lilac isn't as "pink" as it looks on screen... the color is a little more subdued. She was thrilled with it. Thanks for the great deal!

Purchased this comforter for a queen size bed and ordered a king size.It is not big enough to hang properly on sides and bottom. Will have to replace when I begin decorating bedroom as it does not hang right and flow properly. It is warm and cozy though if it was bigger i would love it.

I bought the sage and it is a really bright apple green. I have a lime green VW Bug and it's almost the same color. It's a very pretty comforter, just not the color I expected at all. It's also not very warm and it is really light weight. It does not even come close to down. Definitley not what I expected but for the price and the appearance I decided to keep it. I would recommend this for somebody looking for a regular comforter but I don't recommend it as a "down alternative" or to anybody looking for a subtle sage color.

A fairly nice product, i expected it to be a little fluffier but its still nice. The only thing i didn't like was the color! I ordered sage, and it was more like a lime green!!! I dont know if i got send a different product or what.

I purchased this comforter with high hopes for envolping my supple body with satiney slipperiness. Instead, one side is like an uncomfortable dress shirt, and the other is remarkably similar to dry corn husks in both apperence and feel. I feel like an escaped convict sleeping in a barn loft when I lay down on it.

First thing, this comforter is sold for at least $70-$80 in the retail stores. And this looks really good once it goes over the mattress.

I ordered this in the brown because it looked chocolate in the picture, but it was light brown. A very shiny fabric, looks ok but is nothing special. I bought another duvet to cover it because the color was not that great, and it was not very warm for the winter.

I wanted something that was really warm and this comforter fits the bill. The price is right which is very imprtant to me. It is warm an makes a wonderful look to the bed when made up.

When I seen it online, I was expecting a thicker down comforter set. It is very thin and not very warm, especially as cold as its been here.

I love this comforter so much i bought it in three colors. I would definitely buy another one when i need it. Very bright and cheerful colors.
