DO NOT BUY unless you enjoy sleeping on rough patches of pilling fabric. I purchased these sheets and after 2 weeks of use they began pilling all over. This is usually indicative of synthetic fabrics, not 100% cotton. These sheets are defective and I do not believe that they are made from 100% cotton. Beware if you do buy them and have the same experience, OS only refunded me 1/2 of the purchase price due to the "condition" they were in... got to love the irony.

Very stiff & heavy feeling. They come straight from a hot dryer and are extremely wrinkled. I have bought 4 or 5 sets of sheets from Overstock that have always been at least 600 thread count or higher and this set was a HUGE disappointment and not worth the money. Definitely would NOT buy this sheet set in the future, actually if I could I would return them for a different set.

Would not recommend these sheets. They shrunk so bad that the fitted bottom sheet no longer fitts the matress and you can not get the pillows in the pillow cases. I did not keep the origional packageing so i am stuck with these junk sheets.

I like these sheets. They are soft. They are even nicer when you wash and dry them.

These are my new bed sheets. They feel INCREDIBLE. The only thing I was disapointed in, is that my flat sheet shrunk, and is not long on the sides - hubby and I had a mini fight over it last night in our sleep. But I just make a tighter bed.The way they feel is fantastic, wrinkle very badly, but it looks like rumpled silk.

The sheets feel thin as paper and not soft____if I didn't have selected them myself I would have thought they were 200 TC or 300 TC at the most. God awful product. I have been buying 1000 TC or 1,200 TC because I like the thickness of the sheets and have never encountered this kind of cheap feel. It said made in china so I don't know if their version of 1000 count is different or if it was a mistake in the packaging or what it was. Very poor quality and the worse of it, I bought 2 sets. Don't recommend to anyone that wants thick and soft sheets.

I had only heard people talk about 1000 thread count sheets and thought they were exaggerating, however, now that I have had the opportunity to use them, I love them. They are not scratchy or anything like that. They are very comfortable and not too hot or too cold. I need another set!

I have purchased many sheets through Overstock of at leat a 1000 TC. And these by far are the worst. They are the scratchiest sheets I've ever encountered. I expected they would soften with use but they are still tough after at least 10 washes.

These sheets wear like iron. They wash well and look great, too! The feeling next to your skin couldn't be better. Recommended highly.

I have purchased 100tc sheets before from O.Co, but these just werent as soft as the others I have. I have washed them several times and they just dont seem to be softening up. They are comfortable, I just had a higher expectation of what I was ordering based on my previous order.

The sheets are very comfortable. My only complaint is that they have a yellow tint to them. It's not to bad but a little more than I anticipated.

I have bought several sets of sheets from Overstock. I have always been completely satisfied with my purchases. Unfortunately, this time I was disappointed. Even though this sheet set was supposed to be 1,000 thread count, they were very thin. They felt like they had a thread count of 500 or less. All my sheets have at least a 1,000 thread count. I am familiar with what they should feel like. But this set of sheets definitely do not feel luxerious. They are soft, but they are very thin. If I had known the quality of the sheets, I definitely would not have bought them!

Con: The worst--top sheet is short both in width and length. Hardly tucks in at foot and hangs over 5" at most on each side. This is a "cheap" size. Con: Heavy and thick. Con: Very wrinkled even if take from dryer immediately. Frankly, I have purchased lots of items from Overstock. This is the only one that I am truly disappointed. I spent too much on this set to not use. Well, actually, as thick as these sheets are, they will last "forever".....NOT such a great idea.

I have been buying sheets of 1000+ thread count from Overstock. This set I ordered in brown and as I stated, it is not a typical brown but a very rich, regal brown that compliments the wood finish of my bed. I have learned that the secret to the high thread count sheets is the term "combed". These combed cotton sheets are soft -- and the sateen finish makes them feel akin to satin. I will order another set.

Right out of the package, the sheets were much less soft than I anticipated. But, with one wash and a week's worth of sleeping on them, they have really come around.
