I washed these sheets thinking they would soften up, but they were as scratchy and UN-soft as when I opened the package. It's costing me $**** to ship them back, ugh! If you want soft sheets, skip these. If you want stiff and scratchy, you've found the perfect product!

I love these sheets! They're the perfect blend of crisp and soft, and are roomy enough to fit over my thick mattress with 3" memory foam topper. Best of all, I don't have to struggle to get the pillow cases on the pillows. I love the extra set of pillow cases too; I've always put two sets on to help protect my pillows. I plan to buy a set for my guest bed.

Overall, I'm very happy w/ this purchase. Only tips are that they are extremely wrinkled when out of the dryer and the color is more of a grayish/steely purple than a light lavendar as I was expecting. I'm still comparing prices and you can't beat getting king sized sheets w/ 4 pillowcases anywhere! Also, everything we ordered arrived w/in a few days, which was a great bonus since our new bed was coming and we didn't have anything for it. Love Overstock!!

I was really excited when these sheets came, but when I opened the package I was very disappointed with the color. I ordered the sheets in ivory, but what they call ivory is actually a very pale shade of green. Although the fabric is super soft and I really appreciate the extra pillowcases, the sheets look awful in the room because of the color. I will be returning these sheets, but I would still recommend them to anyone not looking for something in ivory.

I used a color catcher sheet in the washer because of the depth of color, and it was a good thing I did. They still look fine and evenly colored but the color does bleed.

for 600 thread count / sateen egyptian cotton sheets, i would expect them to be extremely soft. i washed them and put them on my bed and they feel very cheap and rough. i'm hoping after a few washes and fabric softener, they will lose the stiffness, but i wouldn't purchase these again.

I had ordered similar sheets from another company. These sheets are equal to those that I previously ordered. I really love the softness.

So I ordered these sheets in December and so far I'm more than satisfied for the price I paid. The fabric is great quality, but after a few months some of the threads have started to fray-- not a big deal cosmetically as it can be snipped with some scissors, but perhaps something to consider if you're looking for sheets that are durable. I've found the sheets to be very soft and smooth. I also noticed that when they first came out of the package the fabric was a little "scratchy" but not overwhelmingly so. This was probably because of the chemicals used in pressing and processing the sheets, either way, after washing the sheets with detergent and a little bit of white vinegar all the starchiness came right out. (Usually using fabric softener on the first wash will lock in the chemicals that are causing the problem.) The more you wash these sheets the softer they get! Also these sheets can be machine washed in cold water then tumble dried on low without any shrinkage. However I have found that these sheets do wrinkle after being in the dryer, so if wrinkly sheets bother you or you hate ironing these sheets may be problematic. The size was perfect for my full, I also have a hypoallergenic cover over my mattress and the sheets fit over it with no problem.I'm even considering ordering in white.

Everything was great untill...the flat sheet ripped at the top seam when pulling up to make the bed. I didn't tug on it very hard but for the price of these sheets, I expected them to last a little longer. The color was really nice but now you can see were we sleep...like a faded chalk line! I really thought these sheets would go the distance but so far, they haven't. Bummer since I gladly would have purchased more sets since the extra pillow cases are a plus and the color was awesome. Key word: WAS.

I have washed these sheets once so far and there hasn't been any piling. With further washing, I'm interested to see if there will be any piling. One of the reasons I purchased the sheets is that there would be no piling. I detest piling in sheets.

These are really nice, deep, smooth sheets. When you first wash them they are wrinkly, but over time as they wash in, they are much better. Really great sheets and fit my deep mattress plus a 4 inch topper no problem. I had a small problem with one pillowcase and they made it right immediately. I went bac and ordered a second set. Great price, great product - can't go wrong!

These sheets are beautiful, soft, and well made. These sheets are a great purchase.

These are the nicest sheets, and I've bought Egyptian cotton sheets that just wrinkle and might feel soft but looked yucky! These came out of the dryer smooth, soft and the pockets are just deep enough for my thick mattress, 4" memory foam mattress and extra thick mattress pad. It's tight but it does work w/o slipping off every night! Just wish there were more color options. Don't know if I missed them and they sold out or if they are just being discontinued.

LOVE the weight and feel, very luxurious and the color is a beautiful rich taupe. Excellent choice!
