The item was just what was expected. My only concern was that the regular shipping took so long. I was becomming concerned when the item finally did arrive.

Excellent quality and comfort. I would have preferred more slightly more firmness /support.

I got this pillow for long rides in my car as I have a heavy morning commute and tend to have back problems. This pillow did the trick and cured my back pains. It supports my lower back while driving and hugs my sides so it doesn't just flop around. I've also began taking it into my house for my recliner...so often, I might have to get one for my house!

I bought this pillow to cover the wooden slats on my kitchen table chair as they had begun to bother my back. I find this lumbar pillow does help a lot as it hugs and supports the contours of my back, unlike regular little throw pillows that have a tendency to move and won't stay were you place them. However, I would have preferred to have had a selection of colors to choose from instead of only black. It would be nice to be able to color-coordinate with decor colors. However, overall I like the comfort it provides for me. For those who need this type of comfort, I think it works!
