I have had mine for over a year I think. I have washed it out in a front load washing machine and dried it flat. It seems just about as good as new. It is almost too big for me though. I am 5'3 and 120-ish. It might be about twice as high as it needs to be for lower back support. It is also a work out to get the pillow case on and off of on laundry day. If you have normal arm, hand and shoulder function and just want a "boy friend" pillow for cold nights or pity parties it is perfect.

I reviewed this pillow previously right after I bought it, and liked it a lot then. I've been using it two years now and it has gotten a little compressed; however, nothing like how compressed a regular poly-fill body pillow gets after just a few months' use. I still find it comfy and it's lofty enough to be supportive. When it gets to the point where I feel it needs replacing, I will buy this same pillow again.
