Excellent buy
I have purchased this pillow twice. I have one at home that I have used for over a year, and it's held up very well. My second purchase was for use while deployed in Afghanistan - I didn't want to try to mash the original back into a box! I was skeptical about it's flatness when I received the first one, but the pillow expanded to full shape within 10 hours, without any shaking or fluffing. This is a firm pillow, which is what I was looking for. If you want something soft and fluffy, this is not for you. You can fold it over to lean against it to read, sleep on top of it or next to it. It is a good thickness to put between your knees and throw your arm over if you are a side sleeper. Many people mention an odor that comes with the pillow. I did not find it overpowering, and after airing out for a day I can't smell it anymore. You can use two regular pillowcases, one slid over each end, or a pillowcase made for a body pillow. I believe this pillow is well worth the money, and would recommend it with no reservations.

Not too firm for me!
Love this body pillow. I have bought traditional ones before but they don't provide all that much support, and although they are soft they don't conform to your body. They also lose their loft pretty quickly. This body pillow is thick enough to really support your arm and leg (if you sleep on your side like I do), but also lets you sink into it, which is super-comfortable. I previously bought a Tempur-pedic mattress and ended up returning it because it was too firm for me, so I do relate to that problem, but to me this pillow has plenty of "give". I received it yesterday (3 days after ordering) and used it last night, and I swear I slept more soundly than I have in a long time. I think the comfort (feeling no pressure, as if you're floating) helped keep me from waking up often, which I usually have trouble with. Definitely recommended.

Pillow is too hard
This pillow is hard and with lumps. I have a memory foam pillow and thought to upgrade. Not comfortable at all. Now I can't return it--prolly break even to ship it back and return. Sore neck the next morning. It's now a headboard.

BIG Pillow
If you like a big firm pillow this is it. A little heavy but you get used to it. If you buy a cover put it on before it fully expands or it could be a job. Also shake it out a bit every morning as the foam tends to bunch a bit.

LOVE IT!
I love this pillow this is exactly what I've been looking for. It's nice and firm and I'm so glad that other reviewers complained about how firm it was or I would have never bought it. The problem with so many of the body pillows out there today is that they aren't firm, and that they are so flimsy and soft that they don't maintain the weight of your leg on them, I hurt my back several years ago and I sleep on my side so I need my hip to stay in a neutral position when I sleep if it's too soft my hip rotates forward not good for my back. I am THRILLED that this pillow is nice and firm. Thanks to all the reviewers that complained of the firmness.

big pillow
i love this pillow. it is long and has memory foam in it. you can wrap your legs around it,or put it behind your back for suport. this pillow is worth the money.

this really sucks
took for ever to fatten up, very lumpy not a solid pillow, only fills up about two thirds of the pillow case it came in, I was very dissapointed
