I have a soft memory foam pillow shaped like this and I love it. I don't like my head being high on a pillow, but need a little support under my neck. This pillow works. I can't find it anywhere and so when I saw these I reluctantly took a chance they would be the same. They are not the same.These pillows are smaller. They remind me of little logs.These pillows are harder. I almost packed them back up (I bought 3) and sent them back right away, but decided to try one over night.I surprisingly found they worked, possibly better than my softer memory foam pillow. I placed it directly under my neck and it doesn't slip, like my softer pillow does. I no longer have to fidget with it in the middle of the night. At first it's hard but with the warmth of my neck, it slowly sinks right where my neck is, while maintaining shape on either side of my neck. So my face doesn't sink too much to any one side, causing strain (like with my other pillow). And because it's firm, but sinks, I don't have to move it back in place at any point. I actually slept really well. I am a weird sleeper though, I like harder surfaces. I will keep the 3 pillows I bought. Two were for my boyfriend because he always steals my soft one (one for my house, one for his house), so I'm not sure they will all get use as he's not tried them yet. Hope this is helpful!

I liked the looks, size & feel of this pillow at the beginning. I liked the smaller size, thinking it would be more comfortable than the longer version. I thought the smaller size was the reason for the lower price. However, I have been very disappointed in the way it does not hold its shape. It literally flattens out during the night with no support to my head & neck. If you're looking for support, go ahead and spend the extra money for the longer, 'true memory foam' version, as this is not even close. I regret this purchase and definitely do not recommend it for any reason.

Great value for me best used in bed as I am a side sleeper - not so good for behind neck in a reclinre

I loved the product but as you lay on the pillow because it is memory foam as hubby slept on it the pillow sank down from the weight. This was not exactly what we were looking for.

The pillow deflates completely giving minimum support

I bought this pillow to put behind my neck when I sleep on my back because the fully round one was too thick. Unfortunately this half-circle is also a little too thick to be comfortable behind the neck, but the memory foam is of good quality. It might be good for a different purpose.

very good quality BUT it is much to small to be of real use

This pillow does not go back to original shape. Fabric on pillow is very soft and nice.

I drive alot and this pillow helps reduce the back pain i get. i dont recomnd using it for more than ten min at a time because it could cause new pain. i do recommnd it for any one that needs a lilttle extra support on there lower back from time to time.

Pillow is light-weight, firm, and easy to place where you need it.
