Perfect!
Great price! I bought these because they were cheaper than the tension curtain rods. The "Rubbed Bronze" color doesn't match perfectly with the metal on the grommet curtains I bought but it's not that noticeable- especially because I have them way up high in my 9' windows in my loft! Oh and another reviewer said that they were sturdy enough for her/his heavy curtains and thus far it seems true for me too!!

I was looking for a sturdy, nice tension rod. I needed it for some living room 95" curtains. It took a while to find a tension rod nice enough for the living room, but when I saw this I knew it would totaly work- and it looks good too. I'm very happy with it. the bronze matches the bronze grommets on curtain perfectly. strong enough for 95" curtains also.- safari is subtle. don't know what I will do with all those unused hooks. great purchase.

NOT RUBBED BRONZE
This shower rod, as beautifukl as it is, is by no means RUBBED BRONZE as it calls itself in the description. It's much lighter in colour, closer to silver than copper. We didn't want the hassle of returning it so we just kept it and it was pretty easy to install. But buyer beware, if you are looking for oil rubbed bronze, this is not it!

bought 2 and I am buying another
This rod is beautiful, a great bronze color and is easy to hang. I hung some silk duponi 84" curtains off of the rod to block light streaming into our master bedroom (no door, just an arch) and even with this heavy load the rods have held strong. I am buying another rod today for another location....it's great!
