Have washed and used only twice, but there were no reviews yet. These are very substantial towels (might be too heavy for elderly/frail). They washed well (though slight puckering at hems - they still look good hanging on rod) without excessive lint production, and no lint when using. Weave is tight, but thick and quality feeling, and they absorb well. These are labelled "Kassatex Hotelier", and the same towels elsewhere are priced $25 to $60 more (some sites have different names for the colors, such as charcoal instead of the tile grey I purchased - this is a mid-dark grey). Excellent value, would recommend. For those to whom it matters: these say Made in China.Read More
These towels felt great and the color was as shown. However, when I was folding them after washing them when they arrived I noticed long runs (like a stocking would get) on the back of both bath towels. One of the face clothes had multiple snags on it and the other had a lose thread which began unraveling when I tried to pull it out. I returned these towels as overall they were a big diappointment.Read More
Simply put, these are the best towels I've ever had -- thick, soft and incredibly absorbent. I was delighted with another set of towels by the same manufacturer that I found on Overstock a few years ago. They have been in constant use since their purchase and look like the day I took them out of the packaging. I expect the same kind of wear and continuing good looks from these as well. These towels are woven, so if you do get a hanging thread you can safely cut it. However, I've never found a hanging thread in any of their towels. They are very well made and firmly stitched on all four sides. Worth every penny!Read More
I have not found towels this thick and absorbent in a very long time. Washed them once before using. There was some shedding, but nothing since the initial wash. Have bought two other sets since the first, and have recommended to friends who also bought and were very pleased.Read More
These towels are beautiful for the price, but I wanted to point out a few things for those of you considering them. Foremost, I ordered the sterling blue color thinking it would coordinate well the greys in my bathroom. On two different computer monitors, the sterling blue looks to be a beautiful greyish-blue. In person, the towels are closer to a deep aqua. Although there's nothing wrong with the color, it looks nothing like the color online. A second minor issue has to do with the border pattern. On the generously sized bath towels, the pattern is sharp and clearly defined; however, on the hand towels (which are also generously sized) and wash cloths, the pattern is much less distinct. Perhaps this is to be expected, but I was somewhat disappointed. Overall, though, these are good quality towels and a reasonable price.Read More
These towels have been great so far except for some of the stitching on the edges has started to unravel once they have been washed twice. Was able to fix with a quick needle and thread though and so far no other complaints. The brown color is a little more grey than I expected, but still nice and the towels are very thick and soft. Would recommend for the price!Read More
I got these towels for my newly remodeled bathroom. They go well with the color scheme, though I haven't washed them yet but they look like they will hold up ok.Read More
These towels are exceptionally soft and as thick as towels need to be. I gave them only 4 stars because the amount of fuzzy left behind during use, evening after a few washes. Still, I would buy them again without question.Read More
These towels look great in our bathroom and I couldn't be happier! I got the blue which is like a confederate blue which is exactly what I wanted. The towels are plenty big for my husky husband and absorbent too. He has complimented both the size and absorbency. They did not shed when washed which is a big plus! We have had these for approx a month and so glad I made the purchase.Read More
These towels are just so good! Very absorbent and fluffy! Great colors and they actually look very expensive :)Read More

Popular Types of Quilts
Out of all the bedding made, quilts may be the most diverse. Quilts are produced in all kinds of colors, patterns, sizes, styles and types. If you're looking for a quilt but don't know where to start, take a look at the popular types of quilts below to learn more about this beautiful kind of bedding. Amish quilts: These beautiful quilts reflect the Amish way of living and feature solid colors, deep hues, geometric patterns and very little embellishment. Amish quilts contain the highest quality of construction and stitching, and, sometimes, the wonderful stitch patterns (scrolls, feathers) contrast with the simple backgrounds of their quilts. Applique quilts: These quilts use a French needlework technique where fabric pieces are sewn onto another piece of material to create a design. Applique is used extensively in the quilting process and is not to be confused with patchwork. Patchwork pieces are joined together; applique is sewn on top of the whole piece. Baltimore album quilts: Baltimore album quilts came from Maryland in the early 1800s. Each block in the design of these quilts is appliqued differently, often in ornate floral patterns. Bangladeshi quilts: These quilts are made with layers of Saree cloth. Saree cloth is silk cloth used by women of India to wrap and fold around the body as a garment. The cloth is usually 40 to 60 inches wide by 6 yards long. These quilts are used as bedding or as decorative pieces. Bargello quilts: Bargello quilts are created with offset squares in an up-and-down geometric "V" pattern. The small squares of different fabrics and the colorful designs make these quilts true works of art. Hawaiian quilts: Hawaiian quilts are not pieced, and they usually showcase a large, symmetrical applique in the center of the quilt. Most often the background is white or another solid color. Patchwork quilts: Patchwork quilts are constructed of many small pieces of fabric which are put together in an improvised or irregular pattern. This is a well-known quilt style, and examples of historical patchwork quilts are found in many museums. Ralli quilts: Ralli quilts, sometimes known as rilli quilts, are traditional quilts made in India or Pakistan. There is an abundance of embroidery as well as applique on the patchwork patterns. Star quilts: Star quilts are created with a large star shape, or several star shapes, dominating the pattern. Wedding ring quilts: Wedding ring quilts are crafted in a design of interlocking rings. This pattern goes far back in history: in the fourth century it was used to decorate drinking cups in Rome. Wedding ring quilts are highly popular and make wonderful wedding gifts. If you're looking for a gift to please an engaged couple, you can't go wrong with a wedding quilt. Bedding always makes a significant gift for the bride and groom, and a quilt with coordinating Egyptian cotton sheets can be even better. View All Quilts Back to Guides Directory View All Quilts
