The main description really made me think these were 100% cotton sheets. In actuality, they are as follows: Materials: 55-percent cotton/ 45-percent polyester! Also, which was not in the description, but was listed on the insert in the sheet package- these sheets are 'Wrinkle Free" which I ALWAYS avoid buying because they use a toxic chemical on the sheets to make them wrinkle free! If I would have known these were wrinkle free, chemical treated sheets & that they are not even 100% cotton I would have skipped this purchase. Next time I buy high thread count sheets I will thoroughly read the description, because then I would have noticed they aren't pure cotton. BUT I still wouldnt have known they are chemically treated to resist wrinkles, I don't see that listed anywhere on the description here, which is disturbing. All that aside, they look very pretty, I got the burgundy color and they are a deep merlot sateen sheen to them.

These sheets are beautiful to look at and lovely to sleep on, but I didn't read the listing thoroughly enough. The title "Royal Luxe Egyptian Cotton . . . Sateen Sheet Set" led me to believe they were 100% cotton, but further reading would have told me they are cotton/polyester. I suppose I shouldn't complain - the polyester gives them a beautiful sheen and a no-wrinkle wash!

I've purchased sheets from Overstock.com many times and have yet to be disappointed. These sheets are thick, wrinkle resistant, and comfortable to sleep on. They fit the king bed perfectly and the elastic makes it easy to get them on. I would definitely buy these again.

I would definitely recommend these sheets for the price. I ordered King size sheets and with deep pocket and they fit the bed nicely. I have a memory foam topper on the bed and was concerned it might not fit.

These sheets are nice and soft and comfortable. I didn't give them 5 stars, because I have gotten high thread count Egyptian cotton before and they were softer. But these are very nice, so I'm happy.

I purchased a queen sized set in burgundy. After the third washing both pillowcases were frayed and ripped beyond repair. The sheets don't seem to have the same problem but now I need to purchase an additional set of matching pillowcases. Not much of a bargain and very disappointing.

the Royal Luxe Egyptian Cotton 800 Thread Count Sateen Sheet Set was my first purchase of this thread count type sheet set, great valve, quality is very good, the fitted sheet is deep for extra tall mattresses.

Nice to find deep pocket king sheets that didn't break the bank. These sheets fit my bed with a little give left to them which is perfect. They are a great color and are extremely comfortable. My suggestion is to wash them first and then put them on the bed. I would purchase these again.

I really wanted the 1,000 thread sateen but since they weren't available, I ordered these. They are nice, very smooth but they are very light. Would I recommend them, yes. Excellent sheets for the price!

I ordered these sheets to replace some old ones. I have washed them once and they are super soft. They didn't wrinkle very much when dried and fit our mattress great. Our mattress normally requires deep pocket sheets and these fit just perfect.

Not sure what is meant by calling these sheets sateen. They are not like satin, but they are high quality sheets, and I'm very happy with purchase. They feel very good.

After buying a similar thread count set at a major retailer (which I returned), I tried this set and am very happy with the feel. After a long day and a shower, I am enjoying laying on this set until I slip into a deep sleep. They feel soft, smooth and of good quality. Thank you Overstock!! I am only gave it four stars because only multiple washings will reveal how good it holds up.

These sheets are displayed as 800 thread count. When I opened the package, it said 600 thread count... Okay. Then I opened them and felt their quality and needless to say, I use tissues thicken then these sheets. Do not buy these!!!

These sheets are okay and are fairly comfortable, but when I compare them to my 100% cotton 400 thread count sheets, they come up short. In my opinion, they just don't feel as good as 100% cotton sheets. I won't buy these sheets again.

These sheets a wonderfully soft and have nice, deep pockets so they will go over a thick mattress. A real bargain for the price. Will purchase more.

Saw a few complaints but a bit of fabric softener can fix the "rough" issue. Personally I love them and I have probably bought 10 sets of sheets in the last several years from O.Co and have been very happy. I could not care less about wrinkles, and whoever sees them probably won't care either. All around: nice sheets and am buying another set. My only compliant is the top sheet is a bit too short on the sides but that is no big deal for the quality. Thank you.
