I bought this for a boho chic look for my bedroom & will mix with other colors to enhance the pattern. The colors are so vibrant and better than anticipated. I recommend washing it before use as it is a bit scratchy. One detail that is not spot on is the green ribbon on the edge of the duvet. I do not mind as the turquoise is better off alone. I shopped for a duvet set for about a couple of months and as soon as I ran into this one I knew it was the one. I did not know what to expect for the shams as it doesn't specify and the exact ones that i received are not pictured but are very nice. Absolutely no regrets purchasing this set.Read More
I totally agree with the last review dated 8/7/14. The photo used in the online catalog and the product I received are not the same product. I also noticed that Overstock changed the photo of the product today! The new photo accurately represents the product I received but does not accurately represent the product I ordered. If I had seen the photo that is now being used to represent this product I would never have ordered it! I will never order from this site again.Read More
The image shows vibrant jewel tone coloring, and the actual product colors aren't nearly as strong. The blues are more navy than the royal blue pictured. Yellows are mustard-ish. The feel and construction are fine, but I was disappointed the coloring appeared very different from the photo.Read More

Colors were as illustrated and quality was excellent. I have washed it twice now, once before using and once due to "someone's" carelessness with coffee. Both times, the cover washed well and came out of the dryer with no wrinkles. I love how it brightened my bedroom!Read More
Bought this for my 20 something daughter for her jewel toned room. She absolutely loves it. Vibrant colors , and very soft!Read More
The color and quality are wonderful !! A little large for my king comforter but that's a minor detail compared to how it looks. Washes very well too. Looks fabulous!Read More
Very nice quality and colors. Good fit and easy to care for.Read More
My daughter and I scoured the web looking for just the right bedspread for her to take to college (she's a freshman). We were getting really frustrated until we found this one. It's lovely in the picture and even prettier in person. The only issue we had was finding a duvet to use inside! We bought the Full/Queen for her Twin XL bed and it's perfect.Read More
I am very satisfied with this product. The colors are great and it fits the bed just right. My only complaint is that after the initial washing it is still scratchy. I figure this will eventually soften and the scratchiness will go away.Read More

Hello kyra14, the updated picture is a more accurate depiction of the colors. I hope this helps you! Thank you for shopping with us.
The first picture I saw, it looked more like a satiny fabric with several sewn together. It's not. The different patterns and colors are woven into the fabric. Even though it looks different than I had thought, I still love it. This picture is much more accurate.
Do you have information on the sheet set and matching shams as well?
Hello neikko456, the Rosewood Cotton 300 Thread Count 3-piece Duvet Cover Set includes two shams shown in the image. I hope this helps you! Thanks for shopping with us.
Please give the shipping weight for the queen and note which of the 2 shams are the ones included with that size pkg. Thanks!
We are still researching this and should have the answer shortly.
Hello lsshanks, the shipping weight is roughly 8.5 pounds, and the included shams are the ones depicted on the left side of the image behind the black pillow. Thank you for shopping with us.
Bed Sheet Thread Count Fact Sheet
The thread count of bed sheets refers to the number of threads per square inch of fabric. For example, if a square inch of fabric in a 300-thread count sheet with a standard weave were examined closely, 150 vertical threads and 150 horizontal threads would be counted, for a sum total of 300. The higher the thread count, the softer and smoother the sheets will be. Thread count is an important consideration to take when choosing a new set of sheets, but it should not be used as a sole indicator of quality. Equally important in choosing a bed sheet is the type and quality of the materials used as well as the fabric's weave.
Best Duvet Covers for Each Season
For those who use duvet blankets year-round, duvet covers allow you to change patterns and color to match every season. Along with the decor of the bedroom, a duvet cover may enhance the ambiance of the entire room or supply it with rich colors and textures for the ultimate comfort factor. If you purchased an expensive duvet, covering it throughout the year will keep it in good shape and allow you to wash it without compromising the batting. Look below to learn the best duvet covers for each season. Spring: Once the evenings start warming up, lighter fabrics like satin provide sheen and style to any bedroom. Satin duvet covers are most often comprised of fabrics like nylon, rayon or silk to provide durability as well as comfort. For spring, lighter colors, including pastels or variations of cream and beige, brighten the room. Summer: During warm summer nights, cotton duvets are one of the most common fabric choices. Light and airy, cotton is also easy to clean and comes in virtually every color and pattern. For the summer season, try a white duvet cover, which will make the room appear more open and spacious. A cotton blend that contains polyester is also an ideal choice for summer, because it is soft, requires simple washing and does not wrinkle. Fall: For the fall season, a duvet cover that is warm enough for intermittent chilly nights is an ideal choice. Microsuede duvet covers offer a soft feel to bedding and come in a variety of colors. This material is easy to care for and machine washable. For fall, choose earthy colors like beige, brown, dark green or burgundy for a seasonal look. Winter: A luxurious duvet cover is a favorite option for warmth during the winter months. Velvet is a soft fabric that comes in a variety of rich colors and provides plenty of insulation for cold nights. The luxurious texture looks good in any style of room decor. For winter months, choose deep, rich colors like burgundy, plum, forest green or chocolate to enhance the room. View All Duvet Covers Back to Guides Directory View All Duvet Covers
