Product Reviews for:
4.5 out of 5This is a great alternative for our guest room since we have a few family members who are allergic sensitive to feathers. The dark green color is nice and matches the woodsy print shams and bedskirt I bought elsewhere. The size isn't skimpy and hangs down a nice distance, all the way to the bedskirt. Several family members have discussed wanting to buy one for their homes.
I ordered a King sized comforter for our Queen sized bed, which is highly recommended. Yes, it smelled slightly of the plastic wrap it was encased in, but that washed right out. It washes and dries wonderfully without fading. The only thing that I would change is the fact that it is crunchy sounding and somewhat stiffer than I had anticipated--not like our older down comforter. Perhaps it will soften with washings. We wash it every few days with two toddlers and four pets (who are not supposed to be on the bed) and it doesn't run, fade, or change in shape!! I recommend this product!
This is a well made, warm comforter. The only thing I personally think detracts (which others would love) is that the fabric has a 'sleeping bag' quality which is not the soft bedroom quality for a comforter that I like. However, the last two more delicate ones I had were pretty much destroyed by our dog when he got excited when my husband arrived home, so this is actually a very sensible comforter for us. It also is easy to spot clean where the other two were not. It is also rather 'slippery' to sit on the side of the bed --- again, the sleeping bag type material (almost canvas-type). This one will hold up for quite a while and it does have the reversibe colors so I can use the forest green up in winter and the beige side up in summer (another plus!).
Solidly stitched-through and neatly finished at edges. Not too heavy, but warm. Size is ample. The item had a grassy smell (like new wicker or seagrass) when first unpacked, but this wasn't unpleasant and aired out in a day or so. Haven't washed it yet, but the fact that the comforter is machine washable is a plus. It does make crunchy noises, but I expect a few washings will fix that. As someone else reported, the so-called sage green really isn't nearly as dusty-hued as in the pictures. In real life, I'd call it a pale apple green. The pleasant springlike pastel color works better with the camel-color reverse side than you might expect.
It is a nice comforter. It is not so shiny and velvety but its very cozy. It was little hard and noisy in the beginning but after a week it was comfortable. For this price it is a good buy
I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY SON'S DORM ROOM AT TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY. GOOD COLOR AND REVERSES TO KHAKI MAKING IT A NICE CHOICE FOR A BOY'S DORM ROOM. RECOMMEND IT AS A NICE DURABLE COMFORTER FOR A DORM ROOM OR ANY ROUGH AND TUMBLE BOYS ROOM
The comforter seems nice but I am very disappointed in the green color. It is called Sage and is definitely a pastel green, more like a celery bordering on lemon lime! I am keeping it due to the tan color on the other side but my teenage son doesn't go for pastels!
You will not find a better comforter at this price. This features quality, good materials and is warm and very comfortable ( as a comforter should be...) without excessive weight.
It feels and looks like nylon or may I say plastic. I bought it for my guest room and was so disappointed. I would be embarrassed to have my guest see them on the bed. The material is so poor. Just looking at it gives me chills because of the thought of having plastic touch you when you're asleep.
I was disappointed with these, especially after reading the reviews. The price was good, but they definitely do not feel like other "down alternative" comforters I have... the fill has a different feel and consistency. The weight and feel is really just like a regular comforter. My husband loves down duvets, but I am allergic to down, so I buy the alternative to please us both, but my husband doesn't even want to sleep with this. I am keeping it because I already washed it, but I will just use it as an extra blantet.
Fits my king size bed great! It's warm without being heavy . And looks great on bed!
very nice comforter for the price. Not too heavy and not to light either. I have paid alot more for something with alot less quality than this. Would reccomend this to anyone.
Nice color, good quality, my ONLY complaint is that dog fur just sticks to this fabric like glue. Not good for me, since I have several goldens. It doesn't even release the dog fur in the washer/dryer. I'm really not going to be able to use this for my bed. So just beware if you're like me, and have furry friends.
very nice comforter, very happy with this purchase
Soft and warm good start to get some sleep! I work seven days a week regurally sometimes I get lucky and only six. But the way the world is I will deal with it!

Very light but warm comforter. My son likes and enjoy it . He likes the color and the texture.
This comforter is great, very warm in the winter and will carry you over into spring.
This is a lovely comforter, just not really big enough for our temerpedic, should have gotten a calif king,I guess. It is very light weight and nicely made. Needs a duvet cover ,otherwise more like a blanket.
