The squares are indeed red but a deep red like blood or barn red. For the price its nice. Would go well with grays, black and silver accessories.

I like the design but the material is flawed. The material has small pea size spots all over it where the color is missing. It looks like it has been splashed with bleach.

You're right the color isn't RED nor is it burgandy. I bought this curtain because the previous reviewer said it was more like burgandy. NOPE...the color is more like copper or burnt orange. I was so surprised when I went to buy towels. I put the cutain up to all shades of red/burgandy and the colors were so far off that I couldn't believe it. So I found a perfect match at Kohls. The color said copper. Well I really like the curtain so I went with copper. I would have prefered burgandy but it still looks nice against my dark gray walls (by the way, a little advise, don't pick out your paint color before buying your shower curtain). Luckily, I'm redecorating the rest of my house so I will pull this copper color in elsewhere.

Very fast shipment. Product was new in pack and the fabric was great. The only thing that was wrong was the desciption of the shower curtain said Red in color, but the color is actually burganary. I cant use it because i brought all red accents for my bathroom and it doesn't match. However my sister loves the shower curtain so i gave it to her. This is surely a good buy for those who are looking for the color burganary instead of RED.
