The fabric feels very nice, but since it is one-size-fits-all, I expected it to be a little on the large side as far as fit. However, it barely covers me when it is closed, I have to pull it pretty tight and be aware of gapping. I am not a terribly large person (5'6", 130 lbs), so I am a little surprised. As long as the fit is not an issue, it is a very nice robe, I like the fabric better than cotton terry, it is softer.

This robe was a huge disappointment to me, especially since I'd torn through the wrapping and thrown away all that was necessary to return it. One size fits a skinny orangutan with six foot arms. The fabric was soft and felt good but shed everywhere the minute I touched it. I am not an overly large woman and the robe just barely made it around me and was so long in the arm I couldn't function in its. When I tried to roll up the arms the cuffs were so heavy that they immediately unrolled. So uncomfortable......so disappointing!!!!! I gave it to a very skinny woman who sews. She was delighted.

I never felt cotton towels, even the ultra plush, got me dry after a shower. Then I discovered bamboo towels, and they not only absorb quickly and completely, but they're also infinitely softer than cotton. If you haven't tried bamboo terry, you have no idea how soft terry can be. If all you've had is cotton, you have no idea. By the way, the same is true for bamboo sheets. And as an extra added bonus, bamboo is a fast growing grass and has much less of an impact on the environment. There's no downside. The sage robe is a beautiful color. The robe is standard size; I hope someday the company makes one of the big robes you can get lost in.

I'm not a tiny girl, wear a size 4-6 and am about 5'5". I ordered this robe, the arms were a good eight inches too long, and I could wrap myself in it twice! It fit my husband ok, so I didn't return it. I was very disappointed, because I have been looking for a similar robe in my price point for a while.

I bought this thinking that because it was made with bamboo, it would be soft like all my other bamboo items. I was mistaken. I decided to wash it to see if it was going to soften up. After washing the chocolate color in a cold wash as recommended, the coloring came off and it was still not very soft.The sizing is also really large. I would have returned this item if I didn't wash it.

It is a beautiful robe,however for my personal taste it is too heavy & large for me. I did figure out that I don't need towel if i put robe on . I am a bit conflicted but I am keeping it! Probably perfect for larger person

Not as soft as expected. Lots of loose threads that needed to be cut off. Fabric of poor quality.

Soft and comfortable. I would recommend this product to my friends and family. The price is right.

This is the hot tub robe I've been looking for, it's wonderfully soft, very absorbent. Finally the one size isn't for the big person, normally a one size means I'm swamped. It's the perfect robe.

I would highly recommend this bamboo robe to anyone. The price is a steal compared to retail stores and the quality is excellent. The more you wash bamboo, the softer is gets and this holds true for this bathrobe. I purchased white because it goes with anything. The size is perfect and there are 2 different locations for the loops so you can wear the tie higher or lower, whichever is more comfortable.

I just spent $10 shipping this robe back to Overstock. It dropped fuzz and strings as soon as I took it out of the packaging. Then I tried it on for size... the arms were short (I'm not abnormally large, pretty 'average') and it wasn't roomy on the way around either (given I'm pregnant, but still! It's a robe, it should have a little extra girth!).It wasn't that soft, either. Maybe, if you washed it (and could still wear it after it shrunk further) the mess of strings wouldn't be an issue, but the quality just wasn't there.WASTE OF TIME AND MONEYI'm seriously considering not using Overstock again in the future.

Very nice! The reason this didn't get 5 stars is the sizing. This is a small "one-size fits most". But it is wonderful fabric; very soft and comfortable right out of the package. Love it.

Nice...was delivered a few days late..but hey, it was Christmas. My girl loves it...that's all that counts. She's tall and thin, fits well and is comfy..I "borrow" it when I can. Tks

I gave this robe to my mother as a Christmas present. When she first felt the fabric, it felt course and rough...not like the snuggly robe like she had hoped. HOWEVER, once we washed it, it became plush and soft. Now that it's been through the wash a few times, it's a great robe and the fabric is soft.

Excellent bathrobe for someone under 6'. The belt loops are about 3 inches too high for a man 6'3" tall. Color good, texture wonderful.

Robe very soft and color is pretty. Packaged very tight and crushed so I had to wet it and tumble it to get out deep wrinkles. Some pulls on fabric, also. Other than that it is a very soft, pretty robe and an excellent value for the price. I got it as a gift for my daughter and she loved it.

Gave this to my wife for Xmas and she loves it... it is everything as described and then some...

shopping your site was extremely easy. My purchase arrived very quickly. The quality of the robe appears to be excellent, altho I have not opened it entirely as it is a Christmas present to my husband.

Wonderfully soft and cuddley -- have the green which has beautiful shading and is warm. Planning to order more for gifts in different colors. The big plus -- environmentally friendly and no musty smell!
