I use a comforter and a sateen duvet (both from Overstock) in place of a top sheet. On colder nights I wanted just a little something to add warmth without using another comforter or heavy blanket. I purchased this for that purpose and to use it by itself as a light coverup when napping. It is beautifully crafted, the color (chocolate) is right on and rich but not overly dark and it washes beautifully. It adds just the right amount of warmth without being heavy and it is well sized. I love this coverlet and bought another for our queen guest bed. Since I have separate decorator spreads with their own shams, I use on of these shams stuffed with a flat pillow or makeshift light throw for my cat to enjoy on the cedar chest. Another great feature of this coverlet is that it does not 'hold' animal fur, althought occasionally I have to use a lint roller. I can put a sham or two up and leave the coverlet as is without a spread if I choose. This suits my needs perfectly. I don't think you will be disappointed.

I love this Quilted 3-piece Coverlet Set. I always found comforters to hot in summer & a pain to wash or store. Washing was important as I have 4 dogs. So dry clean wasn't an option I love the color as it almost matches my curtain. This coverlet also covers the mattress & comes sown to the side rails. The price was good, the shipping & handling was a little high but since I couldn't find something I liked anyway else I was willing to pay

I am very pleased with my purchase, I love the fabric and it looks and feels wonderful. I only wish there were more color choices but overall the best buy I made in a long time.

This was a great deal on a king sized coverlet set. Usually, they go for around seventy dollars, so this was a steal. The color was great looking and the fabric is sort of slippery with a nice sheen to it. There were a couple of loose threads on the fabric though. The pillow shams are large as well,with the opening in the back middle of sham,so it's sort of self sealing so that your pillows dont fall out, very comfortable.

The quilt is a beautiful milk chocolate color. It is very lightweight, but comfortable for the warm summer. It was a GREAT price, and I'd but again.

We have two dogs who sleep with us, so I was looking for something that was durable and washable. Although the label said "dry clean only" I tested the washability by washing one of the shams and measuring it with the unwashed one after I took it out of the dryer. It washed beautifully with zero shrinkage! The rich golden brown color is beautiful, the weight is perfect year round, and the slickness of the fabric somehow keeps the bed neater so it's easier to make up in the morning. The only negative would be the durability of the fabric. My dogs' toenails have snagged it in a couple of places, but it took quite a while for that to happen. But because it's reversible, I save the nice side for when we have company and just flip it over! And for the price, you can affore to replace after a while. In fact, I'm ordering a replacement now while it's still available.

I purchased this quilt to replace my old summer quilt which fell victim to two dogs who like to sleep on our bed while we're at work and insist on 'rearranging' the bedding in order to achieve maximum comfort. Also because the old quilt was not going to fit the new mattress set we just purchased. I should have paid closer attention that it was polyester and shiny as I prefer cotton and a matte finish but I have to say that appearance-wise, it's very luxurious looking and I feel a great value for the price. It is very light weight for summer which was what I was looking for. My only complaint is that I've noticed it tends to slide down the bed during the night while my husband and I sleep.

The quality and style of this lightweight coverlet, which I ordered in brown, surpassed my expectations. It is the perfect bed topping for summer. After seeing it, my husband urged me to order the gold version too, but, alas, it was already sold out. Hope it returns.

This is a very nice coverlet set. It is lighweight, so it is perfect for the summer. I have a dog and I like the fact that her hair does not stick to this material.

I am really enjoying the Coverlet Set. I have a big King oversized mattress and this coverlet actually covers the whole mattress. The fabric is very luxurious looking and true to the color advertised (I purchased the Gold). I would highly recommend this product.

I purchased this in gold from Overstock.com. Ordered on a Friday and it was delivered on Monday. Excellent color, good material. It was very difficult to find a coverlet in gold that didn't look sickly or off. The color on this was pretty good and true. Good value, would recommend it to anyone.

I was hoping it would be like the other coverlet set I purchased on Overstock, but this one was not it was very shinny and very thin. I would not buy this item and use every night. The pillow case are not comfortable, because of the silk feeling I get from the material. This item is probably good on a guest bed.

Their 'gold' is more like brass in need of polishing. You have been warned.

I agree with the other reviews. This coverlet looks much more expensive than the price would indicate. The color is a rich brown although not dark chocolate. It definitely suits my purpose which is to use in the guest bedroom in late spring and summer. Paired with cream bedskirt and sheets, it is indeed lovely. Since it is fairly thin, I will have to use a quilt or blanket under it until the cold weather is over. A person cannot beat the value for the price. I feel so clever to have found this. LOL

I love this quilt...It is very large I order a queen and it was large enough for a king...I have a very oversize bed and it had plenty of room on each side....But this is worth the price...Very reasonable...Wish it came in more colors

We remodeled my Grandson's room from girly to manly....this was a wonderful finishing touch. I also got 400 count pecan sheets that look great with bed spread. Not heavy but we just put a blanket under it...will be great for the summmer heat though. He was surprised and loved it.

This coverlet greatly exceeded my expectation. The sheen adds a nice touch to my guest room.
