Fill Weights
Down and feather-filled products are packaged tightly during shipping. Upon receipt, remove this item from its packaging, fluff gently, and allow several hours for full loft recovery. In addition, products sealed in plastic packaging sometimes have a disagreeable scent because of concentrated natural fibers. A few hours of airing typically removes the odor.
We recommend that this item is fluffed at least once a week to maintain down distribution.

Down Alternative Pillows
These pillows are the best thing since sliced bread! I never imagined I could find a pillow I love so much that I never want to lift my head off of it! I am tempted to order more to have for the future if heaven forbid my new ones wear out!!!!!!!

Anyone in need of a great pillow should definately consider these. I am a side sleeper and a back sleeper and this pillow was comfortable in either position. I've never knew what a great nights sleep was like until I got these pillows (I ordered the firm).

Great pillow
I bought a pair 3 years ago. Every pillow I've tried previously breaks down and becomes a hard lump. Not so with these pillows. You can still give them a shake and they fluff up perfectly.

FRACTURED SHOULDER
I am recovering from a fractured shoulder therefore have found difficulty in finding a comfortable position when in bed.I decided to do some research and found your site and after having read the reviews decided that perhaps I would find exactly what I was looking for! My 2 pillows which have aided me no end in finding the correct position without too much discomfort caused from the fracture are just what I needed! The pillows mould into the shoulders and head giving me a comfortable support using either one or both pillows. Thanks to yourselves I am now managing to sleep more comfortably and would definitely recommend the pillows.

These were exactly what I was looking for !
last night was first time in a while , that I got a great restful night sleep, and it is all because of these pillows! I was doubling up flat cheap pillows and never could get comfortable, and was looking for a soft squishy pillow that fluffs back , and while using it my head felt like it was perfectly supported . Thank you!

Materials
These were advertised as 'made in the USA'. However, the materials were imported and the shell was made in China. It really should state that. If I was aware of that, I would not have bought them, which is probably why they tout the 'made in USA' label.

Comfy pillows
I ordered 2 sets (4 total) pillows, all medium loft. I wish I would have ordered 2 medium and 2 low loft, but that's just a personal choice. I thought the medium loft was pretty full/high. But they are good pillows and accurately advertised.
