These sheets are beautiful. They are quite thick, but not rough at all. I washed as instructed and they looked great right out of the dryer. Very soft and perfectly white. A great value for a sheet that I will use for a long time. I would highly recommend them!
Wash them at least a couple times before use, as with any high quality sheets, they'll be itchy until you do so, but be assured, they will get only softer with each washing. Heavy, soft and durable, these are what quality linens are supposed to be, and for far better price than you'd find in fine department storea. Don't be fooled by high thread counts in a cheap cotton. Get Pima or supima cotton and you won't have pilling or early wear. This will last.
After a couple of launderings, I am so happy to report that the bottom sheet still has room to spare at the corners of our queen mattress, and the top sheet hangs several inches over each side! I've been disappointed with 1000 thread count sheets that shrink after washing and low dryer settings, but these appear to be a superior product. I hope they don't change the name or discontinue the item so I can find it again!
Purchased these sheets to replace 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. They are very soft and silky. The fit is perfect over my 19" mattress. That was a major issue with my old sheets not fitting after a washing. They're not quite as thick as the other set but they're not thin by any means. I will order again as long as they hold up well!
These are the nicest sheets I have ever owned. I am a sheet and bedding snob, and replace duvets and covers and sheets when I lose interest in them. I also have the most sensitive, itchy skin on earth and cannot stand anything with even the slightest pokiness, odd threading, pilling, or anything but 100% cotton sateen. So I finally splurged. And these are so thick, soft and expensive feeling that every time I get in bed I feel like a millionaire! However, I do think that there is a slight chance that they may need a refresh dry cycle with folding immediately after or ironing. That would be a big bummer. I don't even own an iron.
The best sheets I have ever bought! Lasts for ever! Washed about 400 times now and they still look new and feel so soft. The only issue is the top sheet folds where the design is. I have to iron it to keep it from overlapping. Well worth the price and the time. If you buy them...they will last you a life time.
These sheets are as they are described. They're soft, great color, and washed well, with no pilling so far. We don't have a giant, pillow top mattress, so they are definitely more oversized than we needed. We also noticed some wrinkling, even when taken directly from the dryer. In hindsight, we probably could have purchased equally soft sheets directly from a local store
I am very impressed with these sheets. They are Thick and soft. Wrinkle in the dryer, but that is too be expected from all cotton sheets. Nice stitching. elastic all around edge. I was afraid they would lose their "thick, quality" feel after washing but they stayed nice. Glad I bought them
I purchased these sheets, getting a high thread count and paying a little more so I would have a long-lasting high, quality sheet. The sheets started fraying on creases and seams. Brushing them with something even a little rough (like rough skin on heels or something with velcro on it) causes rips and tears. After about 20 washes, I am having to replace the sheets because there are holes all over in them. I have never had sheets that literally feel apart like these sheets did.
I was really hoping these would be the luxurious sheets I had searched for, but am a little disappointed. The sheets are heavy (I don't mind that), they fit well on our deep mattress (King size) and appear well-constructed. However, they are not very soft. In fact, a bit scratchy. I've washed them several times hoping they will become softer, but that doesn't seem to be effective. So "luxurious"? Not really. The search continues!
