I have waited a couple of months or more to leave my review so that I could see how well this mattress pad holds up, keeps from shifting and how easy it is to clean. Well, I cannot say enough good things about the pad, the fast delivery and of course, Overstock! I have terrible joint and muscle pain and I am disabled. This pad has made a difference in my waking up and not being in as severe of pain as before which is an amazing thing considering the severity of my inflammation in my body. My daughter even commented on the fact that I did not seem to get up in the morning hurting as badly as before and she is a teen so that is saying alot! Our Cal. King bed was too hard until I bought this pad. I have not had one problem with this pad and I only have great things to say about it. It fits my Cal. King perfectly and finding items for it can be difficult until I found O. This pad looks quality, feels quality, and cleans up fantastic with no problems whatsoever. I am thinking of buying some sort of pillotop, latex, foam, etc. after I do some research on them, but the reason is it will enhance the comfort with this cotton pad even more. I am very finicky about my bedding so if I love it, I would imagine anyone else would also. Buy from Overstock because great prices, fast shipping, very courteous employees that do not treat you just like you are a number but as a real person in which deserves respect, quality merchandise, huge selection, need I say more? I do not have any reason to write these things except for the fact I love this bedding pad and that they recently went above and beyond for me which just made me even more appreciative of them. Buy this pad and you won't be sorry.

This mattress pad is very comfortable but I was a little disappointed by its depth. I ordered it specifically because it was supposed to fit by extra deep pillow top mattress. It goes over the corners but does not stay down around other parts of the mattress which causes my sheets to ride up. It is great if you do not have a really deep mattress. Also, it is very difficult to fit in the washing machine.

Reasons for low ratings: 1. Shrinkage: Shrank enough that I needed someone to hold one corner tightly so the other three corners could be put into place. Washed in cold water; dried on the lowest dryer setting 2. Stuffing lumpy after washing. I bought 2 of these. Just washed the first one yesterday, and the second hasn't been unboxed. I'm going to return it.

I purchased this mattress pad and it is great.... Quality, comfort, appearance and fit are perfect. I coupled it with a 3 inch memory foam pad and it fit well over my california king matress. Will buy one for every bed in my home.

I highly recommend this matress pad. It is a prestige quality product. The fit is great and my bed feels awesome! The pad gives my bed that rich look seen in the beds in 5 Diamond Hotels. My bed is now fit for a princess! It is a true luxury product for an incredible price!

Our bed was starting to make us real uncomfortable sleeping at night. Since we couldn't afford to buy a new bed, we thought we would give this a try.... OH MY GOD... It made a world of a difference!!! You can't beat the price and you can't beat this comfort. This is a Win-Win for everyone!

I got this mattress pad because I expected it would fit our double-pillowtop queen mattress, because it's hypoallergenic (important for both my husband and me, as we both have allergies and the occasional asthma attack), and because we expected it to be comfortable and to wash well. We just got it yesterday and slept on it for the first time. It is indeed soft--and it fits with ease, AND stays in place even though we both move around a lot while we sleep! I didn't expect the cotton cover to breathe so well. Even though I don't directly touch the mattress pad with my skin (my nightgown and fitted sheet separate me from the mattress pad), there is something about sleeping on all-natural fibers (though the fill is hypo-allergenic polyester) that is both soothing and comforting and makes for a restful, cozy night's sleep. You haven't been cradled like this since you were a newborn. The 400 tc cover looks sturdy, as well, and I expect it will last us a long time. You'd pay more for this in a regular retail store.

I PURCHASED THIS MATTRESS PAD TO GO OVER THE 4" MEMORY FOAM WE ALSO BOUGHT FROM YOU. WE ARE COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH BOTH. THE MATTRESS PAD IS WELL MADE AND FITS PERFECTLY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOTH PRODUCTS. THE 4" MATTRESS IS THE SERTA 4' MEMORY FOAM.

This 400 TC cotton pad is a great mattress topper!! I had previously ordered the Hotel 500 thread count mattress pad and was disappointed. The pad that came did not look like the one in the picture (it had quilted squares, not the wavy pattern shown) and it had a cheezy paper-like fabric on the reverse side of the pad. I returned it immediately. So, after that issue, I was hesitant to order a different one. After looking at all the pads again, I decided on this one, mostly because of the 100's of great reviews, 97% positive. Well, I received this one today, and though, once again, it has quilted squares and not the wavy pattern of the picture, it is by far better than the Hotel 500 thread count one. It is lofty and plush, but not too thick so as to impair the sheets from fitting. The top fabric is very nice and the reverse side is actually a cloth, although it is a little rough and not the same as the top. I think it may be made rough so that it doesn't slip around on the bed. It's nice elastic skirt fit my deep mattress very well and it doesn't seem at this point that it will get all stretched out like some I have had. I am very happy with my purchase and it is a great pad for the money, especially considering I have a Cal King bed. If you are trying to decide which one to get, I think this is the best one in the price range.

This mattress pad gave our old mattress a new lease on life. The extra padding provides us with a much more comfortable sleeping experience.

Beautiful mattress pad! It accomodates deep mattresses, even our foam topper. It is very plush and comfortable!

This is the thickest pad I've ever seen. It's incredibly soft and plush. I have a Duxiana mattress with a 4" memory foam pad on top of that and I was worried about the pad not fitting, but didn't have any problem. I was especially impressed with the quality, and was happy to see it was made in the USA. Just keep in mind that it's only a mattress pad, so don't expect it to work miracles if your mattress is old and worn out.

After reading the reviews, I decided to try this mattress pad. It is fabulous! Like many, many people, I have back problems and it can be a struggle to get out of bed in the morning. For me, after just one night, I had no problem getting up in the morning and found I was sleeping in the same position that I fell asleep in--very rare!! I usually toss and turn all night long. Highly recommend this mattress pad.

I have a pillow top mattress plus a memory foam pad. This pad fits it perfectly. I do not have any problems w/the the fit at all. However what helps is the Sealy sheets which fit extra deep mattresses. If your sheets don't accommodate deep mattress then they could pull the pad up so be sure to have extra deep sheets. It is so soft and comfortable. Exactly what I hoped for!!

We love this mattress pad. It's over twice the thickness of other average mattress pads and deep enough to more than cover our extra thick mattress. It appears to be well made and was easy to put on. It's well worth the price. We have ordered 2 more for gifts.

It is not possible to wash this mattress pad unless I choose to go to a commercial laundry and pay $35 plus tax each time...it requires a 50 pound capacity commercial washing machine---not something that is easy to find. It should mention the size/capacity of the laundry equipment required to wash the mattress pad.

I ordered this pad in queen size and have a regular top mattress (no pillow top). I wanted to give my mattress a "boost" and this pad seems to have done the trick. This pad fits very generously over my mattress w/ room to spare on the sides. (The material on the sides seems better than some as I've had problems w/ poking my fingers through the sides when placing the pads on the bed in the the past.) The top feels very soft and has a nice loft feeling compared to my last pad and also has a nice look to it, not cheap looking like so many of the mattress pad do. I gave it four stars for value as I'm not sure that you couldn't get this mattress pad on sale for a better price.

I ordered this based upon the number of prior positive reviews and, after having slept on it a few nights, can agree with the majority. This is a quality mattress cover that is worth every penny!

This is the most beautiful mattress pad I've ever seen--just everything a person could want. Perfect sizing, straight seaming, excellent fabric, and lush padding. And the price was perhaps a third of what I would have to spend retail. Laundering caused no problems. It's a dream to sleep on, and laundering is a snap.

The mattress pad is very well made, Very comfortable and think padding. Each section of the pad is sewn shut so the padding won't shift. The cotton is so soft and the elastic that goes around the bed is very good quality material. Highly recommend this product you can tell it will last a long time.
