I ordered this quilt for my 9 year old son's room. We have had it for about 6 months now and it still looks great (I don't wash it frequently though since it is just a top covering for his bed). It's not too childish looking so I think he will like it for a long time. The colors are not quite as dark as my screen shows, but in a good way. There is navy, blue, gray/blue, red and white in the quilt so will match with most color schemes. Easy for my son to make his bed himself with this quilt and looks nice everytime. Very pleased with this purchase.
