I was looking for an evenly symmetrical pillow with the center depression a bit more supportive. This is subtly asymmetrical and sometimes hard to determine which edge is optimal to use under the neck. However, quality is quite decent and value for the dollar is much better than from most orthopedic "specialty" venues. Worth a try if you are considering this type of pillow support. Overstock is THE place to shop for value!!!

I absolutely love my new pillow. My boyfriend has expensive pillows he got from a specialty store. I fell in love with the pillows when I would stay the night there and found that I wasn't sleeping as good on my own, worn-out pillows after sleeping on his. So I figured out the material (natural foam latex), came on Overstock, and found the same quality pillows for a much better price. i ordered two so my mom could get some great sleep too. We're both thrilled with the pillows. They're soft and comfy and provide support in a springy way. Just fantastic! Highly recommended. Much better than memory foam or anything else. And I just found out they make mattresses in the same material! I might have to invest in one of those.

I bought 4 of these pillows. I bought two before from a bedding specialty shop, and these were much thicker and twice as expensive. I found the expensive ones to be too thick for my neck to be in a comfortable position. So I decided to try these. They are much softer, and responsive. For me, they are much more comfortable then the premium ones from the bedding store. BUT the overstock pillows have a fabric around them that sounds plasticy, so they do remind me of an institutional pillow in ways. The pillows would be perfect if the case around the latex was a soft cotton vs crinkly cotton. They are comfortable however. Three pillows go across a king size bed perfectly.

The product information doesn't say anything about how clean the hulls are and includes some information about how to sterilize the hulls. This can be misleading. I asked the manufacturer and received the following: "The hulls are sourced from a specialty processing facility that provides a variety of buckwheat products to the food services industry. As a result, the buckwheat it purchases is subject to stringent requirements and the mill is certified USDA food grade. The hulls are an important byproduct of buckwheat and are carefully processed for the buckwheat pillow markets. I understand that the cleaning process includes screen sifting to remove small particles and electrostatically charging and tumbling the hulls prior to cleaning, followed by a negative air-flow process to remove any residual flour or dust. Having sold thousands of pillows over the years we have yet to hear of a complaint about the hulls. They are the best on the market. The reference to sterilization is a generic comment that relates to any buckwheat hull pillow: It is not intended to suggest that the pillow needs to be sterilized for any reason." -Bret Randall, Manager, Pur-Sleep, Inc The Website **** states: "Our premium buckwheat hulls are sourced from the finest North American suppliers. They are clean, dust free, and hypoallergenic." Great pillow!

This product is a comfortable specialty item and is very important for those who need it. It is hard enough to use a C-PAP at night. This pillow makes it much easier.
