  I had tried this pillow at Sleep Country and had wanted to purchase it, but it was way beyond what I was willing to pay for a pillow. I'm so happy I found it on Overstock. The pillow did have a funny smell to it because it is soy-based, but I believe that goes away after a short while of using it. The only complaint I had was in the shipping box. The pillow itself is a standard pillow, but Overstock.com sent it to me in a 4 foot tall box! That is a bit of an overkill!

  I have bought these same items for myself and family during the last 6 years or so. My favorites until now. This time they arrived with less weight, a strong commercial smell that had diminished little after airing outside for a week. One had a big chunk missing off the top, about 1" x 3". The holes were off pattern and different sizes on one side of another. There were smaller tears here and there. So easy to rip that these cannot be held with one hand. My head sinks further than the older ones and I suspect the foam will not hold up as long. My previous pillows of this same make and name are still good, but ready for the less used guest room. I was hoping this was a product that could be relied on for more years to come. Too much hassle to send back. I doublecased the torn pillow with pillow protectors and then with a pillowcase. Will have to do once smell is gone.
