Not at all as expected
When I first saw this picture online I was very excited to find the perfect duvet to go with my room. When it arrived I was very disappointed with this product. I expected the duvet to have a bold black pattern on a solid white background with splashes of a chartruese green. That is what the pillow shams were. But the duvet was not a match. It had the bold pattern superimposed on a grey background with an allover tone on tone snowflake print. And the green splashes did not match the color of the pillow shams. It was a much more olive tone. My set seemed very mismatched. The texture of the fabric was also very rough. I use my duvet instead of a top sheet, but this would have been too rough to sleep under. I might have kept it and used a white top sheet if the pattern of the duvet had matched the shams. But mismatched and rough texture? Even for the price it wasn't worth keeping.

I had to exchange my set because the quality wasn't that fabulous fabric seems durable but nothing special...gets wrinkle more than you would like..pattern is pretty

Great set
Just got my king size mini duvet set today. Love it! Love it! I disagree with posts that is not soft. It is as soft or maybe softer than my current set. It's perfect and looks awesome on my queen size bed. I like a bit more coverage so I buy a king size duvet and cover for my queen size bed. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase and would definately recommend this item and the price was a bargain. While waiting for delivery I made two black pillows with bird(cranes) appliques to accent the Asian theme and the whole bed looks gorgeous.

Fresh and crisp
Ordered a king size duvet even though I have a queen-sized down comforter. Washed and ironed before using and it looks amazing. The white is very bright and the colors are true. Love this set.

I purchased MANY.
I purchased MANY. Daughters plus myself. Two of us received the comforter. My daughter washed hers and it clumped up and "ran". Overstock was great about replacing it. The duvet cover is better. May need to iron it but I like ironing. I love the design. The material could be higher quality. Don't let dogs and cats on it. Overall, I just love having it in my room. Great design. I bought a king and put it on a Queen bed.

Nice, inexpensive duvet
The duvet looks just like the picture, and I like the fact that it is reversible. The contrasting patterns are a nice touch. The fabric is not particularly soft, but that should improve with a couple of washings.

Duvet cover
I actually ordered this in error thinking I was getting the comforter set. I had planned to return it but now am keeping it to either make curtain panels or a pillow from the back side of the fabric to go w/ the comforter set w/ the same pattern. I may also use the duvet to cover a headboard. Love the pattern, though I do have to say the fabric is kind of thin.
