Got a great deal on cyber Monday, blanket is soft, and warm but not too heavy. I may buy another.
When I washed this camel blanket for the first time there were handfuls of lint in both washer and dryer. So much so that it looked like a small animal may have perished in there. I was shocked at the multiple handfuls I pulled out. I do like the color and it feels rather soft which are good. Not enough use to comment on the wear or use yet. I'll post later once I have more feedback.
It's not as fluffy as I thought or wanted, and a lot of fuzz came off the first time I washed it. Also, the sage color is not as bright and pretty as in the picture - it has a brown tint to it, a little drab. Oh well, I'll give it a chance. I haven't actually used it yet.
We purchased three of these (two white singles and one camel queen) for two guest bedrooms and they are of a perfect weight, either by themselves or with the lightweight comforters already on the beds. We've rolled them up and place them at the foot of each bed. Their use might depend on the season. But definitely a good "layering" piece. The feel is soft, the colors not too bright - they would coordinate with a wide variety of design schemes - ours, Asian fusion!
