Dimensions:
Down and feather-filled products are packaged tightly during shipping. Upon receipt, remove this item from its packaging, fluff gently, and allow several hours for full loft recovery. In addition, products sealed in plastic packaging sometimes have a disagreeable scent because of concentrated natural fibers. A few hours of airing typically removes the odor.
We recommend that this item is fluffed at least once a week to maintain down distribution.

A Bargain!
I bought this item because it closely resembled a comforter I love which was purchased from Bed Bath & Beyond several years ago. It needed to be dry cleaned but I enjoy it so much I was having separation anxiety at the thought of parting with it for even the week or two it would take to send it out to be professionally cleaned. Then I came across this one on Overstock. As best I could tell, It appeared to identical to the one I owned but almost half the price I paid on sale and with an additional 20% off coupon at BB&B. I decided to take a chance and purchase it. It turned out not to be identical but very similar and every bit as well made. The finish on the BB&B comforter is a little softer (probably a higher % of silk), but I prefer the appearance (sheen) of the Overstock item. Although the BB&B item is advertised being longer and wider, this one is larger on my King bed...go figure!? This one is also warmer than my old one which is fine by me because it's winter and I live in New Hampshire. Again, the BB&B item is purported to be of a higher down fill but this one is noticeably warmer! I'll use the Overstock one from late Fall through the Winter and the BB&B one in Spring, Summer and early Fall. I seldomly write product reviews but just had to on this item because it's so great!! Anyone looking for a warm, cozy and stylish comforter will not be disappointed with this one!!! One last note, it did take a couple of days for it to fluff up after taking it out of the packaging in which it is tightly bound. Get it before it's gone and sweet dreams!

good quality
This is a great feather comforter. The down stays in the baffled squares and doesn't shed too much through the material. We use it with a duvet cover but when we wash that, there aren't many feathers that shake out of it. I'm very satisfied with this comforter and we've had it for almost 9 months now.

Love this comforter. I'm very fussy and this is a beautiful well made comforter. It is not a "boring " white....exactly as picture. Very comfy and looks great !

PERFECT
Definitely the nicest down comforter I've purchased, and I've spent some big money on down comforters! NO shifting, still lofty after a year, very lightweight but super warm - everything a good down comforter should be! Absolutely no complaints.

great comforter for the price

why did i wait so long?
After 3 yrs of complaining of our previous down comforter, finally searched for its replacement. From immediately out of the box, NO loose feathers! After every duvet change I'd have to vaccum the room from all the feathers flying all over the place on my previous one. The baffle boxes are ideally aligned and filled and the weight is great. While it doesn't get freezing in SoCal, we're close to foothills and this keeps the chill at bay. The size is perfect. Should have gotten an oversized one years ago. When the bf rolls around like a burrito, i'm always left hanging out on the side. At first did seem heavy, quickly got use to it. It was well worth the extra $$. Proved my point to the bf that higher thread count and overall quality does make a difference. Will try to do an update in a few months. Eventually on the search for the summer lighter weight version. Only con; bummed another product made in China, yet again.

Best comforter under $250!
Comforter arrived relatively fluffy and full right out of the box. Not a single loose feather. All boxes were evenly and nicely filled. The outside of the comforter feels great too. The first night was a teensy bit warm for San Francisco nights, but I'm switching over from a comforter I've been using for 8 years so I think a small adjustment is probably normal. Feels super cozy and snug. I bought this after buying the 500tc comforter on Overstock for *** and being extremely disappointed with the quality. For the extra *** this comforter is more than worth the investment.

Warm and fluffy
We were swapping out our old down comforter which didn't have baffles so all the down always seemed to end up on the edges and we were hoping this would fit the bill. It's nice and fluffy and VERY warm. Almost too warm for us. Our house gets down to the high 50's at night and both me and my husband are usually kicking it off at some time during the night. So, I love that it's warm, but this will definitely be our winter time comforter. Very nice, warm comforter!
