Down and feather-filled products are packaged tightly during shipping. Upon receipt, remove this item from its packaging, fluff gently, and allow several hours for full loft recovery. In addition, products sealed in plastic packaging sometimes have a disagreeable scent because of concentrated natural fibers. A few hours of airing typically removes the odor.
We recommend that this item is fluffed at least once a week to maintain down distribution.

Nice Pillows - soft and comfy
I purchased the down king sized pillows and so far they have been great. They are soft and comfy. Have had no problems losing feathers as with other pillows.

Too soft for medium support
This is great for someone looking for a very soft pillow. I purchased as a back sleeper looking for medium support as indicated. I allowed plenty of fluff time, and had a hard time figureing out how they could call it "overfilled". Not happy but as usual no hassles to return this product.

Perfectly fine for the price, no smell upon arrival, and fluffed after a few hours!

The pillow appears to be well made. I am using it for a second pillow on my bed, so I haven't slept on it. However, I am not impressed with its fill capacity. It doesn't have enough feathers in it .... Its too soft and flat. I like a thicker pillow. Not bad for the price though.
