I have used the pillows for 3 weeks now and they really make a difference. I don't wake up with hot flashes. They feel cool to the touch. They are very puffy, but with time are getting flatter to fit my neck better. I like them. I also bought a blanket - waffle weave and extremely lightweight. Doesn't feel warm when you pull it up, but keeps you very comfortable.

I felt so bad for my boyfriend because he has terrible night sweats if he gets too warm ... to the point that we've had to wash pillows at least once a week and as much as 2-3 times a week. We've purchased several pillows (everything from buckwheat to gel) trying to find one that actually lives up to the claim of a cooler night's sleep but this one ACTUALLY WORKS!! We've used them for a week and this is the longest he's ever gone without waking up drenched in sweat... amazing! I'm SO happy I bought these and am thinking about buying another set to put away in case they stop making them. If you're looking for a lot of fluff & fill, these are not for you- they're a standard fill pillow; however, if you suffer from night sweats from overheating then these are an awesome investment!!

I needed to replace my previous Outlast Cooling Pillow, purchased from Avon. I was thrilled that I could purchase a pair with zippered pillowcases! This pillow helps me sleep the night through, during night sweats. It is the only pillow that I will use!

This pillow does stay cooler than other pillows I've had. I gave one of the pair to a friend who has worse hot pillow issues than I have and she loves it.

I love these pillows. My husband and I actually fight for who gets the pillows at night. I'm placing another order soon to fix that problem :). They're great!!!!

This is my third purchase of these pillows; I wore the others out. I sweat terribly at night so I was looking for some relief. They are not as cool as they advertise but considerably better than regular pillows. They have a nice loft to them so they're not too high and they don't have an odor like some pillows, i.e. buckwheat. Best solution I have found yet and very reasonably priced.

nice pillow but it does not stay cool. it does draw heat so you aren't hot but i was hoping for something that stayed cool. but this is far better than a standard pillow for those of us that are 'hot heads'

Not only did I get the coolness, but the pillow is comfortable. I have a C5 herniation and have a hard time with pillows but this one does not aggravate the injury. It scrunches then goes back to its shape. It looked like it would be too high, but it's airy and soft.

I was somewhat skeptical about these, but they really seem to stay cooler than regular pillows. They start out very puffy and rather firm; hopefully they won't go flat and lumpy like so many of my pillows have after being laundered.

They do what they say in their ads..Stay nice and cool..

I found no relief from my hot flashes using this pillow. When I first laid down on it it felt cool but did not stay that way for long. It is, however, a very comfortable pillow and I am very picky about the pillow I sleep on. I would not recommend this pillow for the relief of hot flashes at all!!!

I bought this pillow because of night sweats. It does seem to help.. I'm one of those pillow flippers and I won't say I don't ever flip my pillow anymore but I do think it keeps me from waking up so much. I would recommend this.

I don't find the cooling pillow to be much cooler than a normal pillow. Also, wish it was available in king size

I did not see any difference between a regular pillow and these. I was VERY disappointed, then had to pay $$$ on top of it to send them back. I was really looking forward to a cool nights sleep. They were comfortable pillows if you only want regular pillow. Also would have liked it if there was a choice of size.

My son wanted a pillow that stayed cool while he slept. I bought these and they really worked. He likes them alot.

Happy with quality of pillows, fill, the ability to nestle into the pillow without thin spots, and the coolness of the fabric.

These pillows live up to their name and extremely comfortable to boot. Haven't bought pillows in many, many years and we are very please with our choice. As far as my family is concerned these pillows are definitely keepers.

I got these pillows for my wife and she REALLY loves them. I would definately reccomend these pillows to a person who likes a cool pillow.
