I bought the sage color and am happy with it. As an organic product, it has a good value, apprearance and quite comfortable not to mention it does not contain any harmful chemicals which is the most important aspect for me.. It is not soft but it is not harsh on your skin either. Washed it before used it using ECOS detergent. No problems at all. I would buy it again.

the blanket looked beautiful on line and inside the package until i pulled it out and saw just how thin and flimsy it was. then i washed it before use and it piled and shed upon that first washing, leaving little balls of fuzz all over it and my space, even though i've washed it 3x now. it also picks quite terribly, making it uneven because threads have to be pulled through to keep from having holes in it. i do not recommend this blanket to anyone unless it is for looks only and never to be used or washed.

This blanket is great value for organic bedding which can be very pricey. It has a nice look to it, sort of 'rustic', and you can clearly see the weave pattern to it. Downsides: I would not use this blanket without a sheet underneath it as it is not particularly soft to the touch. The yarn is interesting also, almost looks like a blanket made of twine! Overall a good looking blanket that does its job, I just don't see me dragging it to the couch to feel cozy!

This blanket is perfect with a down comforter, not too heavy and not too light. It would have gotten 5 stars, but it snags very easily, which is disappointing but not surprising because of the weave. The weave is looser than it looks in the pic.

This blanket is nice. It is not very tightly knit, though. When our dog jumps off and on, he pulls occasional threads and i have to pull them back into place.The color is very nice, and the weight is nice.

I returned this blanket because it looked and felt really cheap. The color was washed out and the fabric quality was awful. I hate writing bad reviews but after taking one look at this blanket, I wouldn't want any one else to waste their time considering it. Sorry :)

This is a beautiful blanket that is perfect under my duvet cover for that extra warmth. The color (Paprika) is very nice! It snags a little if it gets caught or if the cats attack the bed, but other than that it is very good quality :) Enjoy!

I ordered this in taupe - it's a beautiful color, and it definitely got softer after I washed it. However, I washed it in cold water and dried it on "delicates" (very low heat), and still it shrunk considerably. Not having put the blanket on the bed before washing, I don't know how big it was to begin with, but after washing it barely makes it to each side of the bed!I guess for the money it will be okay. But I would not order it again.

With everyone going green these days I thought what a great idea to buy an organic cotton blanket. Well overall it is a nice blanket, lightweight and I was needing something like this for the Spring/Summer months and it does fit the bill but when I washed it, well it did shrink quite a bit. Just a little more than I would have liked since I have a King size bed.

This was the most reasonably priced organic cotton blanket I could find online. However, as the pp have said, it is not soft and it will get pulls on it rather easily. However, I do not think the thread pulls any easier than other lacy type weaves. My biggest complaint is the color of the blanket. I ordered the 3rd one down in the picture.. it looks mauve. It is actually a deep brown. Since this is for use under a comforter, I did not return it, though I was tempted to due to the lack of proper description. That being said, it is a good weight and is conducive to being warm in bed.

Blanket is warm and a good weight, size was fine, washes nicely, dry on low.

the blanket snags easily. It would have had a better appeearance if it had a trim on the border...like satin.

I bought two and wished I had bought more.I love them, they are cozy, warm, thick, and most of all Organic!Can not beat the price for organic cotton.

I received the product in 2 days. The weight of the product is just right. Living in a colder climate the blanket does it's job.

The fabric is nice and soft but also feels durable. The color is a nice 'zen' green. Organic bedding is hard to find and expensive. This is a great value.

This is an incredibly low-price for organic AND it is VERY easy to snag and impossible to really fix if you do. That being said...it you are going to use it in an environment where either it won't be hooked or caught on anything...including rings on your fingers...truly ANYTHING...or snags don't matter at all...it's great.

I had ordered another blanket previously and wanted something a little different. This one filled the bill perfectly. Really pretty design and color. Just the right weight for year round comfort either alone in summer or with another for winter.

I like this blanket--bought it for my 3 y.o.'s first big boy bed. The fabric is thin and soft, so it's perfect for the summer months.

I was really disappointed in the quality of this blanket. After 1 wash it has started to unravel. I have always found good value with Overstock but this blanket isn't one of them.

I bought this for the winter to put on my bed for some added warmth between the sheet and comforter. It is a perfect weight, not too heavy and not too light. Plus I love that it is organic. The one down side to this is that my dog loves to sit on my bed and her nails get easily looped in there, so she sometimes will pull a thread, but it is easily fixed if you have patience pulling the thread back down :)
