not big enough
it's a very nice topper, except I ordered queen size for my bed, but had to use it on my full size guest room bed.

Nexus 230, Made my mattress feel better than new.
Received about 10 days after I ordered it, after I took off the box it reshapped fast and able to use it inmediatelly. purchased for my mother and she loves it!

Really, Really disappointed in the service
I ordered a Nexus down alternative fiberbed for my sister for a Christmas present. I ordered it because my sister is allergic to feathers. I wrapped it in the box it came in without opening it. Just imagine this scene. I waited with eager anticipation while my sister opened my gift at the family gathering on Christmas eve. I knew she would be delighted with her gift. Instead, when she opened the box, she had an immediate allergic reaction because they sent a different product with duck feathers! I felt terrible. I ordered this online for the convenience, as I work two jobs. I had to send the huge box back for a return. The second one they sent me was an exact replica of the first one I sent back. Had to bring it to UPS again! This time I just asked for a refund. Not Happy!
