I love these pillows. At first we ordered the soft ones but they were way to soft. It felt like my head sunk to the mattress. The firm ones are just right.

If you're looking for a real firm pillow, this is not the one. It's semi-firm but it's very comfortable.

I have used this type of pillow for 45 years. Could not replace the original one with anything so comfortable and when I saw this one I thought --OH WELL -- another farce -- couldn't be as great as my original one. I was wrong. I had the best nights sleep that I had in 10 years.

This is not a low profile pillow. It's breaking my neck.

I have been using this pillow for a few months now. I had such high hopes for this pillow and was so excited when I received this pillow and was willing to spend the money for a good night's sleep. This pillow does stay cool during the night and is made of good quality material. My biggest concern is that sometimes I have been waking up in the middle of the night with a neck ache. I did not have this problem with my previous pillow. I will look for something else.

What I love about this pillow is that fact that it doesn't get hot. I used to wake up all the time because my pillow would get to warm, so I would turn it over and go back to sleep. But with this pillow I not only get great support, but it never gets to warm. I've even bought an extra one to keep in my closet for guest to use and always get great responses after they've used it.
