Semi-comfortable
I was really excited to see this pillow available for such a price since most shredded latex pillows are twice as expensive. As to be expected, however (and unfortunately the reason for my poorer review) the feather/down content is less than desirable. The pillow tag states its filling is 25% latex and 75% feather/down, of which 95% is feather and 5% is down. This makes the pillow rather lumpy and firm compared to if it had a higher down content. That said, the pillow is not entirely uncomfortable; it is somewhat shapeable (and you practically have to fluff it each time it is used anyway to not feel like you're laying on a board) and it seems to be better for my neck than the last very firm memory foam pillow I had.
