Too hard. Feels like a rock surrounded with down. Even the hard-pillow-loving husband couldn't use it. I don't recommend it, unfortunately. Made both of our shoulders/arms fall asleep. Gave it to the cats for a bed.

I liked this pillow alot. I was sleeping on a standard, non foam pillow and could never really get comfortable. With this pillow, it has the edges that feel like down and the foam center, so it's the best of both worlds. I find it super comfortable and have had great sleeps on it!

I got this pillow after a sleepover where I took a girl's pillow by mistake and it was soo comfy she quickly recovered it and said it was her $200 memory foam down pillow. She showed me what it looked like in the inside. I told myself I had to get one. Unfortunately I don't think I got the right one. After about a week of trying it out I gave up. It was just like another reviewer said too hard. So I put it in one of my non functional decorative pillowcases and it sets up stiff like a board quite nicely, not like what my nice fluffy inexpensive down ikea pillows would do (thank god).

Comfortable for a king size especially for side sleeping

This pillow does feel a little hard when it first arrives. It has a rectangle of memory foam, completely surrounded by down. The first night or two I thought I was going to return it; however I had purchased my husband one a couple of years ago and he even takes it on trips with him! So I gave it a few more days...and fell in love. It is heavenly. You truly do not feel the edges of the memory foam after the first few nights. I went back to my "old" pillow which I had liked very much just to see if I preferred it. Absolutely no comparison - now I travel with mine! Am going to buy two for my daughter and her fiance for a shower present.
