I just received this beautiful comforter as an early Christmas present. It is so much better than it appears on this website. It is amazingly soft and quite warm. You can't really tell from seeing something on a website on in a catalog how nice something will be and you hope it will be nice. This has surpassed my expectations. The color that I received was Eggplant. It is a very pretty shade of purple.I have felt other Microplush blankets in stores, this one is much nicer than all of them. The Down filling inside helps make it even softer and a lot warmer. Very important things for cold Michigan winters. I look forward to using this wonderful comforter for many years to come.The top side is Microplush and the underside is a smooth microfiber type material. That smooth underside warms up after a little while against your skin, but the Microplush really helps warm you up, and the Down filling inside helps trap the warmth. The edging is a very pretty satin which adds to how nice this comforter looks. This will make a beautiful addition to anyone's bedroom. The quality of the material and the quality of the stitching is excellent. It is a bit larger than other King size down comforters I have seen, I have a Twin size bed, I fold King size bedding over so it is twice as thick. Especially nice when all sizes are the same price.Thank you so much, I absolutely LOVE this comforter! If you are hesitating buying this because you are not sure it will be as nice as it looks, go ahead and buy this one, you will not be disappointed.

Good quality. Soft, warm, ample in size and thickness. We have some very cold nights, and the heat is minimal in the bedrooms for obvious reasons. Thid comforter fills the bill nicely.

I just can't say enough about this down blanket! I bought it last December for my son's bed, and he used it all through the winter with just a sheet under it and was quite warm. He loved the way it felt. The microplush side of the blanket is extremely soft and comfortable, while the down side keeps you very warm. It's a perfect weight, and doesn't slip all over the place like down comforters. A huge plus is that it is machine washable. I could kick myself for not getting another one for my guest room while I had the chance, because now they are out of stock. I sure do hope Overstock gets more of these!!

This is exactly what I was looking for. The microplush is soooooo soft. The purple color is so beautiful. The blanket is so warm, but not to warm.....we bought a king and use it as a bedspread on our queen bed, so no blanket wars! I hope you continue to carry this product Overstock!

I bought the King in ivory for my bedroom and it's amazingly beautiful, plush & warm. Loved it so much we purchased 2 more in Queen in Ivory as holiday gifts and the recipients seemed to be thrilled with the quality. These blankets are luxurious & super soft -- as well as very warm. If they still had other colors in bigger sizes I would buy more for friends and family. I'd love to see the brown in stock again to get one for my son's room. The value is incredible, and I'm sure we'll enjoy ours for years to come. The instructions say they are washable in a large capacity washer/dryer.

I recieved this item in the egg plant it was just beautiful, wanted to get another color looks like they are going fast. A awsome buy top quality and great value.

This is an awesome blanket! Nice and cozy warm. My husband and I have it on our bed and are very pleased with it. You will love it! And the price was reasonable.
