squishy, soft pillow! it's great!!
The pillow is great. So soft & squishy. Once you get used to it (it took me probably a little over a week) regular pillows seem like "rocks"! It also takes a little to get used to the springiness of it, but it's worth breaking the pillow in! I've had it about a month now & I absolutely love it!! I'm a petite woman - 5'-4" & at first I thought it was too lofty. It was, compared to my old traditional style pillow. Since I've had it I haven't woken up with neck or back pain!!! The latex smell took probably a week to dissipate enough that I didn't notice it (but it never bothered me & I'm pretty sensitive to smells) & now I don't think I can smell it at all. I would recommend it for side sleepers as I think it provides the best support for that sleep position. I would not recommend it for stomach sleepers. For a back sleeper it might be more suitable for a man's size & not a woman's (although my husband who it 6'-0" thought it was too lofty for him, but he uses that contoured Tempurpedic kind, which is completely different)? Also, Overstock will take the pillow back if you're not satisfied so it's worth it to try it out for a while before deciding to keep it (I think you'll want to keep it)! Sweet dreams!
