Love my purchase
 from Colorado,  Apr 1, 2009

The Moose & Trees quilt set is a lightweight bed cover. I was looking for something decorative to throw on top of my grey flanel duvet/down comforter, and this item is perfect for that use. The colors are nice - not too Christmas-like (I was worried the red might be too red, but its not). The price was right, the shipping quick, and the item washed well. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Lodgey Moose and trees quilt set
 from Idaho,  Nov 16, 2008

I'm a quilter and didn't have time to make a quilt for the "lodgey guest room" in our new home. I saw this and knew it was the right one for me. I read the reviews and saw that people were thrilled, but were concerned about length/size, so I bought the king for the very HIGH log queen bed. It was just perfect! Since I quilt, I'm used to the $10/yard quilting fabrics, and that is not what this is made of...I knew it wouldn't be. And my guest was a quilter! She arrived and said "Oh, did you make this quilt?" and then touched the fabrics and said "oops, guess not". So, if you are a quilter, do not expect the high quality thread count of our quilting stores, but I'm sure you don't for this price. It would cost about $200 in fabric to just be ready to make this! And the time!!! There is no way you could make this yourself for this price...even with sale fabric. I would purchase this again in an instant....great value...very very cute! Love it!

Gorgeous, Durable Quilt
from Adirondacks, NY,  Aug 21, 2008

I was looking for a quilt or bedspread that was in keeping with an earthy, outdoor theme to match my spare bedroom, so I purchased this quilt. I was hesitate to purchase this quilt because the red in the picture appeared to be more of an apple red, as opposed to a maroon and the green appeared to be more of a mintish green, as opposed to a hunter green. I decided to purchase this quilt anyway. Well, at least in the colors in the quilt I received, the red is more maroon and the green is hunter green. I was delighted! I guess it goes to show that one can't always entirely depend on the photos of the products either due to the picture flash or monitor settings. It has now been a few months since I purchased this quilt and it has held up great! It has even held up to having my two spoiled cats occasionally sleep on this quilt on the spare room bed. The material hasn't piled from their claws. (I have had blankets that have done that.) And stray cat hairs have vacuumed up nicely off this quilt. I certainly would recommend this quilt to anyone.

This quilt is very cute. The colors are very woodsy. My son loves it. It is thin but worth the money.

don't bother
from Woodland Park, CO,  May 25, 2010

I thought this would be cute for my vacation cabin rental business and spent alot of time reading other's reviews on items. When this arrived it seemed cute enough but it was stiff and had a factory odor so decided to wash it before use. Used cold water as indicated and I always prefer to hang comforters rather than use the dryer. Well, there are at least 6 places where the patches shredded apart and the batting is now lumpy in places. I checked the return policy and seeing that I would have to go thru the trouble to box, go to PO and pay for the shipping in the hopes that someday I would get reimbursed...I decided it would be easier to try to sew it back together and hope for the best. I have had this trouble with quilts before and haven't ordered one for a long time but I thought this would be better quality...but it's not!

cute
from Boulder City, NV,  Mar 17, 2010

The quilt and shams are nice qualilty and look good on the bed. But, very short, I ordered a king for a queen bed and it is short so had to turn the moose sideways on the bed. Thankfully, it looks ok but strange that it is that short. Otherwise good price and looks great.

Mom's Alaska room
from Oak Harbor, OH,  Mar 14, 2010

I always read other reviews first before buying and the other reviews were accurate. This was purchased for my mother who has an "Alaska" room. She loved the colors and the large moose designs. The quilt was rather lightweight which was OK since this is used in a guest bedroom and not specifically for warmth. We did order a size larger which worked out better for size on the sides of the bed. My mother was happy with my purchase for her.

poor quality
 from mi,  Mar 4, 2010

this is the worst quilt I have ever bought, the fabric is stiff and wrinkly. I washed it to soften it up but it just wrinkled more. The batting is bunched up in places. I dont know what to do with this..considering sending it back.

Perfect
 Mar 1, 2010

We were looking for a quilt to go in a teen boys room with an outdoor theme. It is perfect and will coordinate well with the deer antlers and other hunting items he is hanging. Would have liked to have some throw pillows that go along with it.

moose & trees quilt set
from Wautoma WI,  Jan 31, 2010

We have a beautiful 3 story lake home in North Central WI. My son claimed the lower level as his to decorate, the main floor is mine and the upper floor is my husbands and daughter/son-in-laws. My floor was mainly contemporary with some country, my sons was deer, elk, moose, bears etc. I came across this bed quilt set from Overstock and loved it, on my level no doubt? Yes it is thin but for goodness sake that's why we have blankets. I absolutely love them. The picture of them is true. I have 2 beds in that room 1 twin and 1 full. I had different spread on each bed and was not happy now they match not only each other but the decor. If it didn't look idiotic I would buy a queen for my sons level.

AVERAGE
from ATHOL, IDAHO,  Jan 31, 2010

I like the looks of this quilt. It was pretty thin though. I wish it was heavier for warmth. After I put it on the bed, I liked the way it looked. It's not a quilt just to throw over you when you are cold.

Great quilt
from Old Forge, NY,  Jan 28, 2010

I like this quilt very much. The only problem I had was that I first ordered a queen to fit my queen bed and it was too small for my liking. There was little overhang for the sides of the bed. I exchanged it for a king size quilt with no problem and the overhang is perfect now. Great quilt and very nice colors!

Moose & TreeQuilt Set
 Jan 22, 2010

After reading other comments, I ordered the king set for a queen bed. It is perfect! The quality is great. I washed and dried the set prior to using, and it laundered beautiully. It's a very nice addition to our cabin. In general, and not isolated to Overstock.com merchandise, I believe that either two king shams or three standard shams should come with king sets; not the two standard shams that are always part of the king sets.

Moose quilt set
from Hot Springs, AR,  Jan 7, 2010

This quilt set is a little darker than expected; however, the rich colors are extremely beautiful. The stitching is nicely set and should present us with many years of use. This is not a plush quilt - it is thin; however, the value is above the cost comparison of the local stores in my area. It is worth the purchase and I am extremely pleased with my choice. Furthermore; shipping was on-time, hassle free, and cheap - You can't beat that!
