I am a side sleeper who needs support so that I don't wake up with neck or back pain. But I have a short neck and if a pillow is too firm it also gives me a neck ache. This pillow has plenty of support but the "gel" fibers make it very easy to mold into exactly the support I need. Like a firm down pillow but much less expensive. So far I love it.

It met my expectations exactly. It's soft, like down, and very cozy.

This pillow is great! We bought it for our son and is much more comfortable and plush than we thought that it was going to be and the price was excellent!
