The comforter is a very good value for the money. The fabric is of good quality and the over all appearance is great. The only thing I would caution is the back ground color, it is darker than my monitor shows. I would describe it more as a taupe rather than cream or ivory. I am pleased to say that it is in fact oversized. For once I have a comforter that does fit my oversized mattress. I would have given a 5 star rating but the comforter was a mess in the package. It looked like it was a returned item and they did not take the time to properly package it. Thankfully all pieces were accounted for.

The color of this comforter set is horrible. Where I thought it would be a light cream color is more like a dirty grey. For the price I paid it wasn't worth sending back so I gave the comforter to the dog for his bed and dumped the rest.

Pennys had same set for much higer price - THANK YOU OVERSTOCK! Oversize fit is perfect for king bed. Color is MUCH darker than the picture which I was not so crazy about because I prefer light colors. I've washed the comforter in my machine at home and it comes out great. Would recommend this set especially for those who like a darker color.

only issue is that from the picture i thought this was more of an aqua color with cream, maybe becuase of the aqua pillows. it is actually blue and a pale grey

The Meredith comforter set is everything I had hoped, and more. The price and quality cannot be beat and it is very pretty in my bedroom. The background is a little more tan than shows, but it goes great with the blue flowers, and is perfect for my bedroom. I can't wait to get curtains to go with it!The size and length is great. I have had trouble in the past with king comforters being a little short on the sides and the end of the bed, but this is just the right length all around. I would highly recommend this comforter to anyone. I am thrilled with it.

Love, love, love this set.... The picture in the corner with the slightly darker and more subdued colors is closer to the actual coloring. I love that it is washable and, thanks to the former reviews, the coloring was actually exactly what I needed.

This is a beautiful comforter set and what a great price. I looked everywhere for something I liked and was dubious about ordering this set but I am completely satisfied. The comforter is pretty, but its quite a bit darker than I expected. It is blue flowers against a bluish-gray background. It is still nice, but I thought it was against a cream/white background. Also look at the bed-skirt. I didn't realize it was stripped. Overall. I am happy with it and would recommend it.

This is an absolutely gorgeous comforter set. The background is more of a really light gold/beige, not as ivory as pictured - however, it's even better that way. I can't believe the price on this - what a steal!!!
