I tried to sleep on this but it is just too firm for me because I have back problems. It put me in a strange position and hurt my back more. I use it instead to prop me up using other pillows while watching TV. Though it is memory form there still isn't much give. The part of the wedge that ends in almost nothing is useless because the distance between the top and the end of the wedge isn't longer enough. It needs to hit below the lower back so that it doesn't cause back problems. Therefore there should be different lengths for different people. Of course if you don't have back problems maybe this product would work if you like things firm.

I think I got what I paid for. I bought this pillow on recommendation from my chiropractor to help with some joint paint I've been experiencing. In that sense, it's served it's purpose, so I'm glad I bought it and would purchase again. However, the memory foam has gotten kind of lumpy over time, and no amount of fluffing seems to really help all that much. Plus, the size of the thing has made it difficult to a) find an attractive cover; b) wash, so I suspect I'll end up tossing it at some point.

  • WASTE OF MONEY. NOT 4 LB DENSITY. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

This is NOT a 4lb density foam pillow and falsely represented.. It has the density/consistency of a jumbo marsmallow at best. There is absolutely no support whatsoever. I have a 4 lb density foam mattress topper to use as comparison, and this doesn't even come close. No exaggeration when I say it has ZERO support. I would compare the support to laying on cotton balls. A rolled up bath towel or bubble wrap would provide more support and cost much less. I'm 5'2" and recovering from spinal fusion. If I attempted to use this for spinal support, I would probably have to go in for another surgery due to the damage caused by this so-called lumbar pillow. It has no height to it whatsoever. NONE! NADA. Flat as a pancake, no, a piece of paper. I laid on it unopened (in the plastic it is wrapped in when delivered) and it compressed completely flat to where I could feel the hard floor beneath it. No joke. I then folded it in half to see if that would provide the slightest amount of height...

The pillow is the softest, least supportive pillow I have ever purchased. I am returning them immediately. If you like your pillows extremely soft, then these pillows are for you. I tested them out (with a plastic on them, don't worry) and it was as if I had no pillow at all. It sank right down until I could feel the mattress under my head. Really not what I was looking for.
