  This comes in 3 pieces. One is a base, then you have a choices of very firm or a softer w/ memory foam. I have a small loft with a twin bed in it...it is perfect for what I needed.

  I read several reviews of this product before buying it a couple years ago. The fact that the item description says in there somewhere that it's intended for beds in an RV didn't quite sink in. It does now. It was meant for our guest room initially, and I figured for something that would only get occasional use, it would work just fine. But when my son wanted a big boy bed, this seemed like a fair alternative. The issue is this: The mattress comes in three separate layers, which you then zip into a mattress cover. The cover is a very thin fabric--never meant to keep the three mattress pieces from traveling (due to normal movement), as, say, a square enclosure in an RV or 70s waterbed frame would. As a result, the bed ends up lop-sided, with the top layer moving itself over the side of the bed. The middle layer soon follows, and it's another round of wrestling the foam pieces (which cling to each other by nature of their surfaces) back to a straight, even position. So, the mattre...

  I was talking to my granddaughter on the phone and she was complaining about backache. I had this sent to her through O and she LOVES it. Helped relieve backache and is comfortable enough to help her get a good nights' sleep! I love being a hero! Having O ship it to her apt was soooo easy. Thanks, O!

  We purchased this system for two twin beds in our home. We liked them so much that we bought three of them for our Father, whose guest beds were awful. They're comfortable and very reasonably priced!! We recently purchased this full size for our Daughter and her husband so that we could have a comfortable bed to sleep in when we're visiting them too. Love it!

  I must have gotten a different bed than the other reviewers. The reason that I bought the bed was that it had such great reviews at a great price. Mine came in 3 foam sections. We first layered it from bottom to top, biggest to smallest. There were no directions with the bed, so we just assumed that was the way it went. The first few months it seemed that I was sleeping funny. I chalked it up to the fact that maybe we had to break the mattress in. Jump to a year later and I have now been sleeping in the kids room for the past 6 months in order to get a good nights sleep. My husband and I have switched the three layers around and even bought a big feather bed to see if that would help...but it does not. From all the reviews, I feel like we got sent the wrong bed. Also, my husband has gotten such bad back pain after the first few months of sleeping on it as well, that he is now going to physical therapy to try to rectify his pain. He is now sleeping in the guest room till w...
