My guest bed mattress is extremely firm. My overnight guest referred that bed as ¿the bed of nails¿. I was a bit in shock when I opened the box and first placed the topper on the bed, I was afraid that the topper was 4 inches too short and it really looked pitiful. I let the mattress settle while and when I returned to the bedroom, I was amazed that the mattress had taken on its¿ full shape in less than 30 minutes. It was no longer short in fact it fit my over my mattress perfectly. The Micro Velour Cover is fully zippered and was a bonus as I have been pricing toppers for a while now and most toppers do not come with a topper. Words cannot explain how my bed feels now. I HIGHLY recommend this topper and Overstock.com has the best price.

I didn't realize this topper does not include a protective knit cover/sleeve. Although comfy and a good fit (for a king size bed), it is not a good deal (for me) because I'll have to purchase a mattress cover to protect it. .

I am so very pleased with this bed pad, very comfortable and the cover was so easy to put on I could have done it all by myself, I sleep better!!!!! really!!! We love it! It took a little while for it to unroll, but it is is a great value for the comfort ! It had no bad smell at all, and the cover that came with it is wonderfull.I am going to get one for each of my children.

this was well worth it! I have been looking for a memory topper for my bed but they were all so pricey! My sister bought a 3 inch for 700.00. I found this one and decided to order it. It is fantastic! It has made such a difference for a good night sleep! I want to get one for all the beds in my house now. My 14 year old standard poodle wont get off the bed! He sleeps all day, we have to force him to get up! well worth the money! I love overstock!

The memory foam mattress is very comfortable. You will definately enjoy the feel of it. However, I did not realize the material is very flamable. Overall, it is a good product and the shipping was fine.

I had an older queen bed set and decided to use it for a guest bed. This mattress topper made the comfort level dramatically increase. Also, the additional height made the deep pocket sheets fit much better. The foam is very heavy and the soft cover (which you have to wrangle on and zip in place) is a nice finishing touch. This has turned a so-so bed into an inviting retreat. Wish I'd done it sooner.

We love thsi topper. We were trying to extend the life of our mattress and this was just the solution. It makes a HUGE difference! Overall it is a fantastic product, but the topper cover could be a bit more sturdy. The zipper broke the first time we put it on. But, we still use it as is with the brokern zipper. Love it.

Can't say enough about this topper. Only one problem. If I don't get upstairs before any of my children (ages 17-24), I'm out of luck as they will all be in our bed!! Broke down and bought one for everyone. Never, ever have I slept so well. Sure beats the cost of a new mattress.

Now that we're actually able to sleep on the topper we love it. It's a denser kind of cushion feel than our last memory foam topper was. It feels like it's better quality. The cover is a really nice bonus. However I must say that it stunk like crazy for a few days! That's the only reason I gave Fabric Quality 4 stars instead of 5. The smell did go away eventually. As another reviewer mentioned, we ordered a King for our Queen sized bed and were able to cut it down to just the size we wanted. Our other Queen topper was a few inches too short all around. Another bonus: with the excess foam we cut, we made two pillows just by cutting it down. Put the foam in zippered pillow protectors and voila!

I have a memory foam mattress that I LOVE - took care of all my back problems. I was getting this topper to put on another bed hoping it would sleep more like my memory foam mattress. I found it extreamly soft and It did not help the back problems but made them worse. It would be perfect for a bed that is too hard. It is really comfortable and I love the feel of it...just too soft

I am very happy with my memory foam mattress topper.It feels like I am sleeping on a cloud. My mattress was to firm and by putting this on top has made me so very happy. I sleep like a baby.It was well worth it and very resonable.

Our mattress was just a bit too hard. I was thinking we needed something to soften it a bit and wow did we find it!! My husband was fine with our old mattress UNTIL he slept on THIS ! We had a wonderful night's rest on our soft bed! I want to get one for every bed in the house now, it was truly luxurious. There was a slight smell, but we put it on the bed anyhow! I did notice it, but the comfort was more important than the smell!You do need to make sure your sheets can handle having something so thick to cover though! I think I'm ready to go back to bed!

I received my foam mattress in 3 days. It unrolled within a couple of hours and the so-so odor was gone the next day. I bought this for a spare bed which out of town visitors use. It fit my queen size mattress with an exact fit. The mattress cover is terrific and so very soft. My sheets fit perfect and actually makes my bed look very nice. It is extremely comfortable.
